i was with my boyfriend for 3 months we broke up 2 weeks ago because i needed money to rent a new place and he was going to move in,. he told me he didnt have it but really didnt give me a reason so i broke up with him. that day i started to look for a smaller place that i could affort my self in the search i met this 28 year old contractor who was fixing the place i was looking at , we started to talk i told him i was intrested in the place if he can call the owner to discuss rent and price, this guy told me to give him my # he will call me back with all the info. Next day he call me and ask me if i like the place i told him it was fine and he said it was mine i ask him what he mean and he said it will come out the work he did for the house and i didnt have to pay any rent for the next 3 months and after it will only be 500.00 is an entire house with 3 rooms i couldnt believe it, he invite me out to dinner and of course i accept he is a great guy. wait theres more .....

my boyfriend wants me to go back with him and the reason he couldnt help me at that time was a family emergency, i am in love with my exboyfriend and he ask me to marry him but now this guy that i barely know wants me to be his girlfriend and he even talking of getting married next year if i want he is moving way too fast but he really is nice and very giving and owns his business but i still love my exboyfriend and i will like to go back with him but i am scared to loose a great guy and have a very nice life for my ex who works as a waitress 12 hours a day and has never time for me i am so confused should i take this guys place or go back to my ex help me please !!

yes thanks i am very pretty i dont have a problem getting guys attention im just scared of how much this guys is willing to give to buy my love and i am not for sale he takes me out to dinners at very nice places and gives me money everyday and i m not talking of $10 he gives me $50 or a $100 just to have lunch at work and he knows i dont even eat $10 in a day he just treating me like a princess he told me last nite he starting to have feelings for me and he loves my little girl she is 5 and he even comes in the morning and take her to school so i wont be late to work he is too good to be true and i am scared

Girl you must be a super model or something. All I can say is becareful he sounds like a fantastic fella. He gave you a lot for you to go to dinner with him. He sounds decent and honest. I am not saying don't go with him. Find out what he wants in return. I have faith in this old saying. If it is too good to be true it probably is. Feel it out find out as much as you can about him before you take another plunge. Good Luck hope he is the one.

Both of you are in such or hurry to move together, and sorry but Im not agree in your desicion that make ke think that you was interest in him only if he paid, A relation is based in trust, you can resolve this matter very diferent to can tell him ok we will move together when you have the money available, He doest not have to tell you the reason of why he did not have the money is not your bussiness, only if your bussines if you are married thats all, you are not allow to request or demand anything to him.
And about this ""NEW"" situation, let me tell you nothing is free in this world, becarful , if I was you I paid him anyway, you are swimming in deep waters with sharks, Remember what I said NOTHNG IS FREE IN THIS WORLD AND LESS IN AMERICA.

i would say just take it slow it could be that the guy is sincere , but stil beware not that he is a bad guy but i have been in that situation and it can be intimidating if it dont work out the guy could tell the landlord that he wants credit for the work or that he wants to be paid for the work in cash . which might put u on the curb. if you are not ready for the relationship just tell him.i would how ever not take the 3 months free and work out a payment plan with landlord if needed that way you dont have to worry about that blowing up in your face if your relationship would sour. at least you still would have a place to stay. and first and foremost it dont mean nothing if it isnt in writing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
