does he live there, do you know his name? try the postmaster they know where everyone lives but don't tell them your trying to find them for no reason you better think of a good reason like college buddy or your a relative etc. If you know the name of the person you can look them up on www.CISworldwide.com it has an annual subscription of 40 bucks but its unlimited and accurate, uses phone, cable bills and public things like tax returns etc. another free place is at the local supermarket if its a small town but i think your best bets with the postmaster or the carriers themselves.
