My gf of 5.5 months told me she doesn’t want a "serious relationship"; her def of that is seeing each other daily…we see each other 3 times a week usually. She’s very independent and needs time for her and her gf’s she says. I def don't want her def of a serious relationship either but my def of a serious relationship is when we become more emotionally attached and intimate, which I feel we have. She's told me she feels close to me and really likes me a lot but hasn't said the L word yet. Her best friend is really important in her life and she has recently started spending more time with her. Prob more time with her than me lately. It is starting to bother me since I'm supposed to be her bf. She's just started referring to me as her bf as well so I know she wants a relationship. Sometimes I think she's at that comfort zone where she feels she doesn't have to try and spend as much time with me but other times I don't know what to think.

I have been asking women alot of questions on this site about what they think I should do to get dates and I keep getting confusing answers. You tell me I should approach girls in public instead of getting fixed up by a friend, but then you say you would get freaked out if I tried to talk to you at the mall; and when I ask you where I should go to meet women, you tell me to go to..... the mall?? I am really confused, so why don't you just tell me what you want me and every other guy to do; instead of me asking questions that just get no as answers.

Basically I'm 18 and in a long distance relationship- I really like my boyfriend. he's away for work but we'll see each other next year when he comes back.

Meanwhile i've met a guy...and i somehow am starting to have strong feelings for him too. We were just friends at first but after sharing many things together, i've realised I feel so good in his company, and I'm starting to develop feelings for him.

The thing is that, my boyfriend and i were serious about each ohter, we had even made marriage plans! but my feelings for him are fading.

Ok,here is the problem.My parents are the type who don't want me to like anyone and don't want anyone to like me.So,they don't like it if I'm alone with a guy.They also don't like it if I spend too much time in a room with a man or men.So,there is this guy.I kinda like him.So,I was sending him e-mails,trying to be friendly and all.So he writes back for me to leave him alone.There is a 65% chance he likes me and is trying to cover it up.So, I went over to talk to him and see what's wrong.I never get to finish telling him anything without one of my parents calling after me. I'm a plain ole guy with a set of traditional values and no add-ons. I believe that all this business about making yourself important by means of externals in no good. Clothes, swank, being seen in the right places ......No. I do not believe that you have to stand out from another man to make your mark in this world. Average will do just fine for me. I'm not a star and i well know it. I like to swim, golf and sleep (about 8 hours a night). I am fairly good at every sport exept basketball which i just don't like. My favorite menu is meatloaf smothered with onions and cake and ice cream. I play poker decently, collect dvd's, and always carry a penny for good luck. I have a lifelong interest in government and social issues.

i'm a guy and i think in a good relationship you should share everything but don't you think the world would be better if women did a little more of running things. the generally are more intelligent, they are more accepting of things, and generally make much better decisions. i think we should accept the fact that women are a little more superior to guys. do you agree.

Ok, so i'm in love with a guy 6 years older than me and i'm 14 which means he's 20. We're really tight and everything but he's leaving in a couple of weeks to go to rehab and he's pretty much all i have besides my best friend he knows i "love" him but not how i mean.
