if you really like him you'll want him to be happy. let him be with his gf for the time being. and if they break up be there to comfort him. after hes over it just ask/tell him hey i really like you and ive like you for a long time do you wanna go out sometime??...but while he does have a gf go out and try to find someone else!...dont wait for him too long. if he doesnt see/notice you in that way after they break up then its his loss not yours!!...good luck.

Leave him alone. If really wants you then he will leave his girl to be with you. But whatever you do don't be desperate. Thats not attractive. Just keep your head and and stay who you are, don't try to be anyone else to get some boy. If the boy really likes you he will like who you are. I had to learn that the hard way. Just its best to date good friends if and only if you two have the same feelings for each other.
