Singles & Dating - 15 November 2006

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for close to 3 years. I've always been attracted to good guys. When we first started dating he never drank to my knowledge. But now that he's in college he drinks all the time. I don't like it and I don't want him to drink but he just says he does it moderately. Yet when I call him during one of his drinking spells he can't remember the next day that I called him the day before. What do I do? I never wanted to be with a guy that drinks and now I happen to love one.

Soo my crush just turned 19. And he's been calling me, and talking to me a lot more than usual. I'm 15. And i don't know what I should do. He told me he loved me the other day and I laughed. He said a lot of other things like, if we were dating what he'd do. If hes 19, legal, and im 15, underage, isn't that considered like rape?

I want to be lonely sometimes and then, sometimes, I just want to be with a really attractive girl who has a great personality and will listen to me. I know several nice girls who are very attractive. I love girls, and sometimes I am obsessed with one, but I'm shy around girls. I think it's because I'm afraid to say something stupid in a conversation and make a fool of myself, because I get embarassed easily. I am told I'm attractive, and I have a pretty good body, but how do I get confidence? When I get angry at myself for not getting a girlfriend, I just hate love and want to be lonely. Why is this?

There is a guy in my school that I like and his name is John. He called me ugly twice but after that he stopped.He always finds some excuse to mess with me, even if its stupid or not. For example, on Friday he asked me where I was from and on thursday he was joking around with one of his friends and he said that I took his friend's jacket (as a joke). Whenever I see him, hes usually looking at me and smiling and talking to his friends at the same time. Yesterday he was across the street from me and he was staring at me pratically.He came to the park yesterday and was near me.Today my friends gave him my myspace and they told me that he ripped it. And then he was looking for me but he couldn't find me. It seems that he does and then it seems as if he doesn't. WHAT IS GOING ON?Does he like me? Thanks!

I am a guy and i am in 9th grade. I agreed to meet this girl that started talking to me on myspace. she seems attractive but the plan is to meet at the mall and then come back to my place to hang out and have some sex. She says she is 150 when i asked how fat she was. I can't picture that in my head. she is 5'7". I don't want to bring her around my friends and drink beer if she is a big 'un. Is that normal? My friend said if she is too fat he would have sex with her but I should be ok with 150 or so. Is that fat?

We went out for 5 1/2 monthes and broke up about 1 1/2 monthes ago. We talk on the phone almost every nights and I still love him. When i'm around him hes kinda touchy with me. We didn't break up with a big fight or anything and the reasons he gave me for breaking up with me was basicaly i was an innocent little girl, which i know he now relizes he was wrong about.However i understand how he thought that at the time. we're both in high school. about 3 or 4 weeks ago I asked him back out and he said no, not yet but i really want him back and since then we've become a lot closer. I really like him still and i'm not sure how to get him back. I belive its ok for a girl to ask a guy out. Please help.

My girlfriend of over a year have recently entered college, and instead of being 5 minutes apart, we are now about 2 hours apart.
The problem is, I just find myself less and less interested, and at the same time she is becoming less and less independent. Even the slightest comment, which has no negative meaning at all, can set her off into a fit which leaves us both worried sick. Then the next day she'll calm down and apologize, and things will go back to normal. We ran through that cycle for a few weeks until I said I'd had enough, and had to think for a while. Soon after she apologized and said that she was just scared and that it wouldn't happen again. Then I saw her this weekend, still unsure about the relationship, and everything just felt off. I felt like she as just making sure not to upset me, in order to not lose me. And I was just sort of wearing a mask. We talked tonight about this, and it ended with her in tears and me unsure of myself.
