I do homeschooling too and i see my friends every so often. talking does help when you homeschool cause you get sorta lonely. But search your feelings and only them can tell you the true answer

Hey i thought I'd do my good deed today and help someone out lol j/k!! I know what you're going through i was home skilled from 7th grade all the way through high school and there was a guy Brett who put me in the same position and i must say you probably don't like him, you just miss the thought of him. Right now you can do one of two things a) talk to him as often as possible and see if you do like his qualities or b) just see him when you can and let time sort things out. My choice was to see if i did like his qualities and i did but now many years later he's my best friend and only that. You don't have to take my advice but think about it!!

Okay so first of all I think that's really sweet and second of all keep your head up! Some solutions could be like, try considering asking your parents if you could go back to Public School. When that doesn't work, try a chatroom where you can see who you are talking to, like the one with the wired cameras. OR keep in touch. You can e-mail him snail-mail him or call him (you should have your best friends e-mail and phone#) . Visiting is a good idea too. If you cannot go to his house, invite him to yours. If thats not allowed, you could meet somewhere. A cafe is a good place for meeting. To make snail-mailing fun make a tape so he'll feel like you're still there. Have him do the same and you'll feel the same way.

Listen sweetie....there is nothing wrong with you missing your friend. Girls are allowed to have boys who are just friends you know!!!!! Haven't you ever had a best girl friend who moved away and you missed her? Well it's the same thing. If you are not sure that you are missing him "like that" its probably because you guys are just friends nothing more. Dont make more of it than it really is.

You miss him. If you didn't there wouldn't be the question. Ask yourself why you miss him and what you miss. If it is friendship or more, you need to contact him and say that you want to get together. All he can say is no. Also, spend some time out of the house so you don't feel lonely or isolated. Go to church, volunteer, go out with girlfriends, etc.

You are only 14 and you have knowen this guy almost all of your life. Give it sometime to see if there is more in the mean time go and meet more guys around your own age. If there is more then friendship between you time will tell.

Thinking. That's your first mistake.
What do you FEEL? Do you WANT to see him? Were you ever attracted to him? If you see him would you like to kiss him? Or you'd rather hang out as you used to, just as friends? Maybe you just miss having a close friend.

hang out with him a little more, like with just you two. and then dont hang out with him or talk to him for a few days. after that you should be pretty clear on your feelings. also its always good to run something by him - so you guys are on the same page and no one gets hurt
