i am a southern girl but i have just spent the weekend in Manchester and found them to be some of the nicest people i have ever met...i was so impressed that i plan to go back as soon as my wallet allows me to,lol(i have been up north several times and thinking about it i dont think ive ever encountered much but friendliness)....on the train on the way back a southern woman was really rude to me and it got me to thinking and i was quite surprised to find that on the whole i think northerners are much friendlier than southerners...what do you think....yes i know im generalising...yes i know im going to be insulted...i dont really care...just asking opinions...

I really like this cutter girl, but most people don't know she cuts. We were friends , but i slipped up and told alot of people ( including this boy she likes) and now she wont even talk to me.... I needed to warn my homeboy ( the guy she likes ) about the cutting she does... But he went and checked her arms and saw the cuts, and he kinda dissed her. I feel really bad now and I want to find someone else , but I can't get her off my mind. She wont even talk to me now....She was really mad I told my homeboy about the cuts....I'm still in love with her.... What should I do.

I feel so bad on so many levels right now. I didn't even mean to diss her , but she keeps on messing with my mind and even my homeboy said (she really doesn't like you). She's got me confused cased she really acts like she likes me.... What to do.....

My ex's bday is this Saturday.I only see him occassionally at the grocery store where I work and he used to work.We went out 10 months ago but it wasn't the right time cuz I had jus gotten out of a bad relationship.I was his first g/f,maybe his only 1.He used 2 avoid me cuz of awkwardness but now he's been recieptive. he did say he saw how attached I was 2 him and even though he really liked me,I think that scared him off. But now things seem kool with us.I wanted 2 make him feel special on his bday so he knows I care and I want 2 hang out wit him again. I probably won't see him this week at the store,so is calling him good?any advice or sujestions? I don't have his address so I can't send a bday card.

..in my town the people i know dont refer to me as hot or anything, im just the smart girl that is really christian.
well i went away for the summer to a couple of places and was referred to as hott and a sexpot and stuff all the time. i didnt dress differently, but is it possible the people here dont find me attractive bc "blossomed" here and they knew me when i was well, less than attractive? cuz im super confused...it really doesnt matter but i overanalyze.

i have no idea how this happened, really. i just got to know him through theatre around august, and then i tried out for an improv comedy team (not knowing he was on it) and didn't make it, but my friend did!

now i just started to like him and he told a lot of us after school that he liked my friend. she doesn't know if she'd go out with him or not, but that would kill me. i like this girl and she said she didnt like me. but she still says hi to me and is always smiling at me. one day she even tickled me and when i went to do it back she started to giggle and squirm around, and also one time i was playing my psp and she comes into class and says hi and tells me she was going to say hi at lunch. and she started to tell me that she could beat me at any sport she had a huge smile on her face. and sometimes i'll be standin by my class door and she'll tell me to get into class and try pushin me in or start trying to act tough with me. the problem is that when i asked her if she had her phone she said didn't have it on her. idk wat to do
