We went out for 5 1/2 monthes and broke up about 1 1/2 monthes ago. We talk on the phone almost every nights and I still love him. When i'm around him hes kinda touchy with me. We didn't break up with a big fight or anything and the reasons he gave me for breaking up with me was basicaly i was an innocent little girl, which i know he now relizes he was wrong about.However i understand how he thought that at the time. we're both in high school. about 3 or 4 weeks ago I asked him back out and he said no, not yet but i really want him back and since then we've become a lot closer. I really like him still and i'm not sure how to get him back. I belive its ok for a girl to ask a guy out. Please help.

if you really love/like this guy then you need to wait for him to be ready also. as you are both still in high school you have alot of time. you can do little things for him to see that you still like him but don't go over board as my younger brother said to tell me there is nothing wrose then someone putting them-self all over you. he said to tell you that guys like to play hard to get and like the chase.
so maybe just being friends with him and let him know you are are there for him no matter what, but don't keep asking him out play a little hard to get yourself while still being friends with him. don't get into another relationship with someone just to make him think twice bout you as that mite back fire and he mite go find someone new also. so just hang in there and if it is ment to be it will work out for it self

He said no becuase you are no longer game. When i say this, i mean he thinks hes the **** now. I bet he tells his friends that you are all over him and wont leave him alone. He will never stop saying no b/c you keep comming. I reccomend you not saying anything to him for at least 3 months see how he reacts, infact gop out with other people. If he cares for you at all, he will come. Other wise my theory is correct and hes just useing your love as popularity.

well it sounds like you need to ask him to be straight up with you...If hes not interested in getting back together and you are, but yet hes sending different singnals..If you don't ask him to be honest with you, you could end up doing this in between thing forever, and you could end up being really hurt. Don't put it off talk to him about where you two are headed friendship or more than that ask for a straight up answer!

Do you think spending your time, efforts and emotion to get a guy to like you again is really the best thing to do with yourself? Let him go, live your life and stop "being there" for him to fondle and talk to and keep around.
