Singles & Dating - 12 November 2006

The problem is that I'm not a big spender, I'm much more of a saver. Dating hot women means I would have to be spending a lot of cash on them, and if I don't, they'll just find someone who will. What should I do?

My ex boyfriend that I'm still in love with but am just friends with right now was acting really...ummm..."oddly" around me this afternoon. I was standing on a part of the sidewalk that was higher than where he was standing and so he picked me up from under my arms and set me down on the ground beside me. Then, he started tying the strings of my hoodie together and actually grabbed my head between his hands when I said I didn't know anything about Halo 2.
Tell me, is this getting to close for a guy to be to a girl unless he has a romantic interest in her? I've known this guy for a long time and this is his typical behavior to girls, but there's something about him doing it to me that's different. he's never things like this to me before and now I can't be sure of how he feels about me.
Am I reading this the wrong way or could he possibly still have feelings for me?

I'm almost 30 years old. I was born & raised in Latin American under very strict traditions. I came to the States when I was 23. Up to now I have only sleep with 2 men. My first husband, with whom I married a virgin. Then my second husband. I'm separated from my second husband now and although I would like to start dating I do not want to sleep around with guys. I have a male friend (American) who I told him about my previous sexual experience (or lack thereof). He seemed surprised. He told me that I should "go out more often" but I DO NOT want to sleep around with guys.
I wonder if it is weird for a female my age to have so little experience?
I also wonder if I weird him out?

I need a birthday gift idea for a girl turning 17 in December. I am also 17 right now, and I want to let her know that I am interested in dating her. So far I have not shown (though I have felt) any interest in her, and I want to start now. This girl and I have been hanging out for a while, but she still isn't over her x. It was getting frustrating and I kind of blew up. I apologized and told her everthing that I felt. Part of me wants to say, "forget about her" but the other part wants to keep talking to her and try to get to the next step past a friendship.
