My ex boyfriend that I'm still in love with but am just friends with right now was acting really...ummm..."oddly" around me this afternoon. I was standing on a part of the sidewalk that was higher than where he was standing and so he picked me up from under my arms and set me down on the ground beside me. Then, he started tying the strings of my hoodie together and actually grabbed my head between his hands when I said I didn't know anything about Halo 2.
Tell me, is this getting to close for a guy to be to a girl unless he has a romantic interest in her? I've known this guy for a long time and this is his typical behavior to girls, but there's something about him doing it to me that's different. he's never things like this to me before and now I can't be sure of how he feels about me.
Am I reading this the wrong way or could he possibly still have feelings for me?

He does like you and it is probably "comfortable" to be affectionate with you. Does that mean he is wanting you back-who knows, he might not even know for sure.maybe he was testing the waters to see how you would respond. Don't confess all yet (I love you so much), give it some time and see if you get any more feelings or if he continues spending this kind of time with you. You'll know soon if you two need to talk or if its going no where. Remember, the was a reason you broke up. Don't jump in heart over head. Only you can tell yourself what to do. Good luck

i think 1) you could be interpreting weird because you still like him and soits weird foryou causing you to thnik differently but 2) youshoud always go with your gut instinct there is probably something up it could just be that he doesnt know ho to act around you now that your apart and isnt xactly prepared for the change
