Im 28 and have found true love but it took me a while. After a few relationships where I thought I was in love and it turned out to be a dud, I guess I just gave up on love and guess what.....? It found me. And now I believe that there is no way of knowing what true love is until you have a few experiences of what is isnt! Then when that one person for you comes along you can identify the difference and know that this is the one you want to be with for the rest of your life. May sound kinda corny but hey.... thats the way it feels for me.

There is a difference between TRUE and REAL love?

Isn't something that is true also real and vice versa.

Why don't you learn the difference between stupid and real questions before you post one?

Love is an illusion that is different to every single person. It's everyone's need to be wanted. And when it is fulfilled by someone you like then BAM you're in love.

Love doesn't always last. Doesn't mean its not real.

It took me half of my life, but I finally found my true soul mate and the one true love of my life. I married someone I thought I loved and who loved me, but that ended in divorce. That was because we did not really have true love for each other. Over time casual love with fade, but true love grows and becomes better. My feelings for my true love are so much deeper and fulfilling than they were for my ex. I can't believe I have actually fallen in love like this - and at middle age! Life just keeps getting better and better!

no. i think that what people look for in relationships are only to fulfill their wants and needs. people look for other people to love them yet most people are not willing to love anyone else. they are looking for that chemical release that occurs when another person promises to provide them what they want.
