They have always had to grab ahold of my Jaw Slap me and say I am a good and decent person you MORON!
Then I really like them...
Seriously we are very dense and chase short skirts.
But like/love real women.

I like to think so....considering that I've been told that I am "a good man." I hope that also works vice versa - a good woman knowing when she's met a good man.
I think women know but condone the good men and go for the bad and ill mannered; Have fun for a while and then come crying back to the good man when things go terribly wrong.

No. Sometimes they don't know a good woman even if she's right under his nose performing charitable and kind acts. Men are visual animals, they look at what is pretty and don't care if it's kind of b*tchy or mean.
Now, a SMART man, will think "yes, she's pretty, but what is she like inside?" but, sadly, they rarely look at average looking women or homely women and say "Wow! She has a heart of gold! She's great!"
If a woman is not at a certain threshold of attractiveness then she doesn't have much chance getting noticed by men. That's why women spend so much money on makeup, at the hair dresser, etc.

If he is intelligent enough to recognize the signs and the knowledge of the other person, yes. Sort of like I recognize that you are an intelligent person who was probably just trying to get a definitive answer to this question because it was bothering you. A good man or a good woman recognize each other with no bias based on belief, race or color. They are innate believers in each other automatically. Good fortune to you.
