i was with this guy who told me who loved me.. i am cynical about love,..
but i looked at him n i knew he meant it.. so i decided to love him. and i was very dutiful about it.. lol..
then one day he went off me, as in cldnt stand me touching me etc.. and dint want to talk to me and stuff.. i got very confused and fought with him hoping it would clear stuff up.

instead we broke up.

i tried to get him back cause i dint understand what had happened suddenly.. it seemed like he was pining for me and i dint want him to feel any hurt..

then he told me after one month, that he was pining for a girlfriend of his who had died long back.. heavens.. so he was never in love with me right..

God wat was it that i was in??? could anyone tell me what had happened..

the man I've been dating for 8 months now.. I wanna get commited with him but he is ready for it. The short of it is this: she has been distant lately but things are still fantastic when I get to see her which is not nearly as often as I would like. So last week I told her it really wasn't working for me b/c I felt like we weren't even dating. Fast forward a couple of days, send her an email telling her I felt terrible and missed her but if she wanted something more, I only wanted her to be happy. Tried to imply I still wanted her, don't know if she heard that. Anyways, she writes back that she loves me so much, she is just scared. BUT, there is definitely some THING holding her back, something in her past. I don't think it's "bad", but deep and maybe painful to her. How can I encourage her to let it go? Whatever it is happened before I knew her. I have gathered as much from talking w/ her and she tells me emphatically that she still loves me and doesn't want anyone else. What should I do? I want us to move forward but not sure we can until she gets over...whatever it is

Okay, I have been going out with my boyfriend for 8 months now. I really really love him, but there is also another guy, that I like, and he likes me too. He's asked me to go out with him several times, but every time I tell him that I already have a boyfriend. He's nice to me, and he tells me that I'm pretty and all of that good stuff. ok well tonight happens to be my third homecoming i've been to this year. im really excited because im actually going with my boyfriend this time. tonight also happens to be our one month anniversay. {which, i know "anni" means year, but i dont remember what "month" is, so just work with me here}. he's out right now getting me a presesnt. i have nothing!!! im sitting at home in sweats and wet hair! im home alone, and i cant go to the store. i have a few hours to figure out something to give him for our one-month. any creative ideas??

ex from like the 8th grade? He is now 20. They grew up together with thier families being close friends. They no longer talk and both live seperate lives. She works at this grocery store and when we go she happens to be working. Not all of the time but sometimes. Last night we were at this hang out and i happend to be looking at the entrance and her friends and her boyfriend show up. He pays no mind to her at all. But jealous me makes a deal about it. He says that was so long ago and does not care about her. He says he loves me. Am i just being paranoid. I guess thats how things are when you live in a small town?

well. one of my friends has been drinking a lot frequently, and i'm pretty worried about her.

last friday she got absolutely PLASTERED. and i told her that it worried me when she drank so much.

she told me that that was it until she was older.

well, yesterday, she went out and got drunk again.

what should i do?

i'm thinking about ignoring her when she drinks..because i don't want to be around that.

hi! for the past two wks a guy(aquiles) has pay attention to me, we talk and but we always end up talking more about school than personal life. once he touched my hair, and run towards me as i left quickly, he has a friend(girl) but i don't know if its his gf. the other day we talk for about 2 hours(1hr with his friend around) and we share personal details. a friend (guy) told me that aquiles likes me, and i blushed, in the last wk i went to the stylist because i needed urgent make-up and a haircut. yesterday, we didn't talk too much and when we talk we share a little personal life but that was it.i don't know what to do when i'm with him i'm confortable, i don't know if he really likes me!!! how to know and what to do? should i think of a future or i should just let go or what? sometimes he becomes nervous when i talk to him. thanks

It's no secret that I like to date older girls. I'am 22 years old and many people would probably think that I would be dating younger girls, but I don't. The youngest that I go for is my age, 22. (the highest that I will go is 30). But it is the 23-30 age range that I usually date in. It's hard to explain, but for some reason, I just like older girls. Maybe because most of them are pretty mature, fun to be with, and the fact that I feel like I can relate to more of them than the younger girls? Some guy that I work with tells me that I want a "sugar mamma" since I like older girls. Is that true? Is it strange for a guy who is in his early 20's to like and date older girls? Are there any other reasons why I would be attracted to and like older girls, or is it just a "natural" thing for me? I'am not saying that I won't date a nice girl my age, but I just seem to always go for the older ones. Please, no smart a** remarks. Good, honest, and helpful answers needed!!

Here i am once again about the same guy. He is being such a jerk...first he put me on this huge guilt trip telling me us fighting and not seeing each other is all my fault had me feeling really bad so i was gonna drop my plans with my friends and go out somewhere with him. Then he comes to the town i live in and walks around with one of my best guy friends and doesnt even attempt to find me or ask where i was (even tho he knew)...then i went to a party after telling him we needed a break and found out the whole time we were together he was hanging all over other girls then he had about three people at that party "watching me" i dont know what to do!?!?!?!?

Today is my birthday and i was going to spend the day with the guy i'm dating and currently we're both pretty much broke. Mine because of some recent medical expenses and he because he got laid off from work a bit ago.
We had planned to go to a cheap convention this morning but i was told yesterday i needed to work this morning for a deadline and missed the convention.

What are some good ideas that dont cost too much for us to go do?
I'm looking for more fun than anything, neither of us are vrey romantic so please nothing like that.
He is 21 i am 20 so i can't go drinking either :)
