damaged goods are a bad thing in my business and in general when we do fly roughly dueto bad weather and cause damage to the transported goods we don't get paid...

depends how damaged. is it a small dent, then yah. if it's a flat tire, dead hooker in the trunk, or a broken bumper, well then there's no way it's happening.
