My boyfriend came back after months away in the Army, what can i do for him, something special that he will love.

Guys like good food, like to eat and drink what they want, and like a good meal. Guys also like to 'get off'. Guys are also visual.
Help him with both in the same night and I bet he will be happy.
Less talk, more action. Whether it's his favorite restaurant, his favorite meal that you cooked etc, then give him lots of physical touching. A way to calm guys is to touch their arms (around the biceps/triceps), and put the palm of your hand on his chest, just above his heart, it's very calming. Maybe even give him a massage or book one for him.
Wear something that makes you feel sexy but not too slutty. Make him want to take more off of you rather than have everything revealed. Have lots of fun with all of this.
Just don't talk too much, be too sappy, or needy. Women can do this when they get nervous or are too excited - since you haven't seen him in awhile. Save the talk for tomorrow over brunch with him.

You can get him a nice memory box... you can decorate it if you want. And then you can fill it up with little items that are special to the both of you. Anything.
I'm sure he'll LOVE it. Especially since he's in the army and gets deployed. It's something he can look at when he's away from you.
You can also put together pictures of the both of you.
You can even write him some poems.

Guys love television more than anything. Choose a video that he'll like whatever his favourite genre is, get a takeaway and watch it together. If he's into sports not movies then maybe get a compilation video of his favourite team's best moments or whatever. If it's something you yourself dont normally like he'll appreciate it even more
