How is it cheating? If a guy asks you out that is dating. Cheating is only considered when the two of you have decided to be in an exclusive relationship and one person doesn't hold up to their bargain.
Two many couples today don't take the time to talk about the relationship and just assume things are a certain way.
Asking someone out is just an attempt to get to know someone better, not a commitment or a marriage.

He's playing a game on you that means he just wants to tease you. break up with him as soon as possible. That's one of the wort things a guy could do to you. he's using you.
