Theres this girl in my p.e class who i like, but im just too shy to talk to her. I always stare at her, and im afraid she knows that i like her(i hope not). I seriously need advice on what to do coz, im just too shy. I always chicken out whenever shes near me. Plz help me coz i wanna become friends first wit her.

Three weeks ago I started dating a guy who works for the same company as I do. We agreed to be discreet because we didn't want alot of people whispering or talking about our new found friendship. Well, now this guy is practically coming to my office on a daily basis without calling me before he visit. When he comes to my office he wants to hug and kiss me (no one can see us my office door is always open) I think my co-workers are starting to notice his presence in my office. I want to know if you all think that it's disrespectful for him to break the rules. Or should I just go along with the flow....When we're alone and away from work we have a great time....Last, weekend I had too much to drink and he didn't touch me...he tucked me into his bed and made sure I was ok and it seems that I am now starting to fall for this guy....what should I do? As a rule I never date anyone that works in the same building or the same company as I do.

Ok should I say hi to my ex bf every once in awhile on msn? He was the one who ended our short relationship, but he would still say hi to me on msn even after he ended it. He even invited me to his b-day party, I went, his friend hit on me, my ex pushed his friend and since then we haven't spoken to each other on msn. By the way, it was a very innocent relationship, it never went past kissing. Some of you may think he left cuz I didn't put out, but he was my first kiss and first boyfriend, I kinda wanna still keep in contact with him. Would I seem desperate if I say hi to him on msn every once in awhile?

-He is always looking at my work whenever I get up to sharpen my pencil
-He cares about me and shows concern for my grades
-He "accidently" touches me a lot

Here's what happens:
The last girls I have asked out they all have refused, for some reason or another, but mostly because there's somebody else in their lives (so they say).

So once I've been rejected, I stop talking to the girl. I apply an "ice policy" to the girl. Not another Hi, not even a polite nod or good morning.

And I know this is wrong and immature. And I know that in the long run I'm sabotaging an otherwise wonderful friendship.... But I also know that I'm very proud, if not selfish.

So why I am doing this and how can I undo it?

We've been together over two years and have tried a lot of different things, but he has had a lot (and I mean a LOT!) of experience with women. I, on the other hand, have had only three other partners. Normally I am a pretty creative person, but I don't know what else to try in order to make things better for him. I'm normally pretty shy, but I've been able to break out of my shell in the bedroom and would like to do something fun and different. I'm not comfortable entering an adult toy store, but I might buy something from a catalog. I really want something that's for HIM, not for me - he has a favorite thing I do (a BJ variation), but I'm hoping to improve upon "freakin' ridiculous"...

and hurts them if I have sex with them,I hate it being this long. Ok my boyfriend is with me everyday. Well yesterday he wasn't b/c he was with his little cousin...which is fine with me.
but today he left me after like an hour to go back there. I told him that I have no one to hang out with now.(because none of my friends were home) He made me a promise that we would spend all day together tomorrow and he swore to me he wants to be with me. So I work at a college and I am totally into this guy (who is a student). And we both have expressed "feelings" for each other but we know nothing can happen. He graduates in May but I like him a lot and he claims he likes me too. What do I do? Yes I asked this yesterday but we're meeting tonight with some mutual friends and I just don't know how to act around him or anything! So if you can answer within 2 hours that would be great!

There is this guy at my school that I really really really like...like, very close to love, like. The thing is, my friend likes him too. She always likes the guys I like, and just this once, I want him. So much. She's just much more 'out there' when it comes to flirting! I don't want to confront her or anything. And I am willing to lose this friendship for this guy. Because she's done a lot of terrible things to me, and this is it. He seems kinda freaked out by her sometimes, and I know he likes me.
