if any penis causes a pain for the partner, then the person with the penis is not using it properly. Sex shoudl not be painful for the person into whom a penis is being inserted. So, you need to learn to control how much you insert to provide maximum pleasure and avoid hurting your partner. And also consider a variety of positions for sex that allow yoru partner to control how much gets inserted. Using the standard you-on-top position may not be a good idea since it tends to make it difficult for you to control.
