Three weeks ago I started dating a guy who works for the same company as I do. We agreed to be discreet because we didn't want alot of people whispering or talking about our new found friendship. Well, now this guy is practically coming to my office on a daily basis without calling me before he visit. When he comes to my office he wants to hug and kiss me (no one can see us my office door is always open) I think my co-workers are starting to notice his presence in my office. I want to know if you all think that it's disrespectful for him to break the rules. Or should I just go along with the flow....When we're alone and away from work we have a great time....Last, weekend I had too much to drink and he didn't touch me...he tucked me into his bed and made sure I was ok and it seems that I am now starting to fall for this guy....what should I do? As a rule I never date anyone that works in the same building or the same company as I do.

Remind him of the rules! Tell him that it is really important for you to be discreet, and his behavior is jeopardizing your image at work.

I think you should reevaluate this situation. First by you putting that type of restriction on a man, he's automatically going to start acting like that because he wants to know whats going on and your "real" reason for saying why you wanted to keep it discreet. It's nothing wrong with that, but it's a man thing I think. How would YOU feel if he said that to you first? He sounds like a good man, enough not to take advantage of you at your most vulnerable state, so let it be. I'm sure u don't have tons of men pounding at your door every night, throwing themselves at you. Nobody does. So just open up some, sweetie!

That's my rule. You already got the experienced. He must respect your position, if not you're in trouble. Do something before get worse.
