ok so i met this guy and he was sopposed to meet me lastnight. he said he would be there no later than 9:30....i waited until 10:30 i texted him and called him and he didn't answer so i just left. then when i got home i got an email saying he "dropped his cell phone out the window" and so he im'ed me today and said that he would make it up to me and buy me flowers and come down here tonight (i didnt demand any gifts by the way) and now it's 11:15 and i just im'ed him and he signed off. what is up with this ******* guy!

My guy friend and I have liked each other for awhile now ( I told him that I liked him and he flirts and hangs out with me and invites me places with him and his friends). I am getting so impatient because it seems like we're going nowhere and it doesn't look like hes gonna ask me out any time soon. I am just gonna ask him out myself but I dont want to feel stupid if he says no. How should I ask him without feeling foolish? I just want to get it out of the way so we can either progress as a couple or I can move on ( Im tired of being single). He just frusterates me! Why hasnt he asked me out? He has had plenty of time and I know he likes me. plz help! S.O.S Guys are confusing.

We broke up because of a distance factor and agreed to remain friends. I want to be suportive of his new crush and possible girlfriend but it tears me up inside to hear about her and I end up Crying by the end of the day. He has no clue, I want to remain his friend but don't know if I handle this situation. I don't want to lose him as a friend, it would be almost impossible to not talk to him; but I wonder if real time apart would be a good thing in order to get him out of my system, the only problem is I don't think I could just cut him out of my life like that. Either way I end up hurt.

My bf broke up with me about 2 weeks ago. In the 1st week I called him a lot, trying to get him back. It didn't work. He wouldn't even pick up his phone. So for the 2nd week, I stopped calling him and stopped going on aim, just let myself disappear for about 5 days. And then 3 days ago I went online. He started talking to me and being nice to me instead of just ignoring me. And he set his status on facebook as "Richard is never going to get over it; Richard is never going to be happy again; Richard is missing her." But just now when I went online and asked him" you know, if you are missing her, why don't you give her a call". He said he didn't know i was reading his stuff on facebook and deleted them immediately. So i don't get it. He was missing me. Why can't he just admit it? And does he want me back or not? He's been sending me all these mixed signals. Some people just tell me to move on. But the thing is, I love him. I want him back. Please tell me how I can do that. Thanks.

I know not all girls think the same way, but there is defitenely a pattern and I would like to ask for your help.

I met this girl at a friend's house, a few weeks ago, and I would like to understand what was her first impression of me.

Scenario:
My friends had a few drinks in them, and were being as loud and roudy as any college student during a football game. They were yelling and screaming and their girlfriends were following along. At some point the conversation became about us, the girl and I, hooking up. As usual, I just smiled but didn't make any comments. However, I did ask her some questions, and tried to initiate a conversation, and I could tell she was expecting me to hit on her. That I didn't do, and I just kept the conversation formal.

My friends on the other hand, were cursing and making jokes about dildos and sex. Also, they offered me beer, which I refused since I don't drink. From then on, my host did most of the conversation. She left a few hours later.

Ive been with this guy for 1 1/2 years, when we first got together we talked about everything, he looked at me like I was the most beautiful girl in the world, then about 5 months after living together I'd catch him looking at other girls while we were out to dinner or what not. Right in front of me. Now he wont talk to me, I tell him we need to talk, he says no I am not talking, But he tells me he still loves me and wants to be with me. We still have sex, but he doesn't seem to want to please me anymore. He ignores me and always wants to do things with his family and not me. He is a truck driver and gone all week. This is his first relationship ever. I am 2500+ miles away from anyone I know, I am so depressed and loneley. Does he still love me? And what do I do to get him interrested again and to talk and stuff? HELP!

I'm a pretty shy girl. Actually, a really shy girl. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to start a conversation with a guy that you dont really know that well. I see this kid pretty much every day, and he seems really sweet and fun, but I'm so incredibly shy that I would never find a way to talk to him, unless I was in a big group (which I doubt would happen).
