Singles & Dating - 19 September 2006

My friend is in a dilemma, she started talking to this guy on the phone and by email. She has only recently been talking to him, but she asked him whether he was single and he replied by email saying that he was gay and was in a relationship and so wouldn't be what she was after.

But today he sent her a message saying that if he was honest with her, he was a bit worried about the interest she was showing in him when they have not yet met and he is suggesting that she finds someone closer to her because he lives a distance away.

She is wondering whether he is actually hetrosexual as apposed to homosexual, hoping that she would be put off by it.
What do you guys think?

that lasted even after you had broken up with the person? The sexual longing is still there but the desire to experience a "love relationship" with the person no longer exists.

I have been dating a guy for about 3 months and we like eachother, we have fun but I don't think it's that serious (all he has said is that I'm special and he has missed me while being away for a weekend). Another guy who I have been interested in has asked me out for dinner, I want to go but am not sure of my place in the other relationship? okay this is kind of embarassing. my bf and i had sex for the first time last night. we are both experienced people, so it wasn't a big deal. but my bf has anxiety or something because he was um... having difficulty with his um... okay he couldn't keep it up. actually he couldn't get it up period. the thing is that it was still so amazing for me, not pleasure wise but i was just sooo happy to be with him. but he was really embarassed and we had sex even though he was soft. he said once he gets past the first time he's fine he just gets nervous the first time. ladies, if he continues to have difficulty what can i do to help him out? how can i make him more comfortable? has anyone, including guys, been in a similar situation? i loved being with him and it was so special, but.... oh i don't know.... i just need an outside voice.

What do I do?

I met a girl in a bar. She is a waitress there and her father owns the place. I’m trying to get to know her a little, but she has already told me that she is a virgin (father is Italian, and may be connected). She is 34. I am 42. She is a lot of fun but says she doesn’t want to get too close to me because she thinks that I want to settle down and she may not be. So, I think sex is out, but I care for her so much. I see her out with other people as friends so I am wondering why she dates me but also hangs out with her friends. People tell me I’m crazy but this bar is a strip joint. She has never been topless or anything but dances some when there is no one else there. I just don’t know how to get her beyond the casual date thing. My mom says forget her but I can’t.

Heres my situation:
Im without a car and a license b/c I was driving without insurance & had my L's taken away for driving under suspension....Should I just stop dating b/c I dont have a car or lic? There's this guy on my swim team who's two years older than me. I'm a freshman and he's a junior. He's offered me rides many times and stayed with me while I was waiting for my ride once although my coach was still there waiting with me also. Once at a swim meet, he kept bringing up guys who are on the team and asking if I liked any one of them. He gives me compliments about things and when this other girl on my swim team asked him to go with her to homecoming as friends he said yes. When she was telling me about it. He came up and jokingly asked me if I was jealous. I think it's over a 6 month period that he did all this. At homecoming he complimented me on how I looked and asked if I came with a date. He asked me about the guys I danced with. But when we email he usually gives 5 word answers and I know he's really nice to everyone. So does he like me?

Okay, so here is the deal. For the past couple of years I have been seeing this guy. Until last year I asked him if he wanted to get serious and he totally blew me off. I've noticed that he likes to drive past me at various places while I'm waiting for the bus. So today he pulls up REAL fast and stops. He didn't roll down the window or anything and just drives off. I refuse to make any gestures toward because I don't want to seem desperate and lonely. If he really wanted to talk to me why didn't he just say something. I'm tired of him acting like this and refuse to change my schedule since he will just find me again. Even his friends are watching me what should I do? I love him, but he is getting crazier everyday. Does he think it' funny? Oh, by the way if you (D) happen to read my question I advise you to either stop coming by or at least have the balls to speak, idiot!!!!
