Well she might want to be your friend first and it would be good of you to not let the pictures get on your nerves afterall it has only been 3 months.
Be there for her if you'd like to be a good friend. If you really want to know why she has them there then ask her, that is if you two are open like that.

maybe she still has feelings for him. maybe she just hasn't gotten around to taking them down. maybe she doesn't see the point of taking them down. maybe she just doesn't care.
you could ask her yourself, but it would be sorta awkward unless you two are together now.
