Depends on how many people are present, what type of clothes I'm wearing and how "severe" the ***** is.
If it is very severe and too many people are around I will just stay where I'm at and try to think of the women on "the view" so I can bring it down. Otherwise if it is not severe I may just try to slip out the room and er well "Adjust" myself in the nearest bathroom or wait there a few minutes until it goes down.
P.S.
One thing it is important for women to know is it is not always controllable. Just as a guy can have trouble with it not coming up when we want it to, guys can also have trouble where it pops up when we don't want it to. Both can be embarrasing.

what i usually do is get a free second or to and reachdown below my boxers then pull it up using the waistband of the boxers to atleast hold it a little flatter toward my stomach instead of stickin strait out
