k first so you know the situation my ex bf and i dated for a year and two months..we broke up in june due to arguing all the time..we talked all the time still and now im pregnant...every once in awhile we talk about getting back together but for the most part he runs from his responsiblities. well last night i tried to talk to him and tell him that the roller coaster ride needed to stop...one week he calls 101 times the next week he forgets to call at all.(we dont see eachother a lot..he moved)..and he said he agreed but when i tried to come up with an alterior motive as to what we should do....he wouldnt listen...i mean literally....he said ok well i love you and im gonna go (mind you i poured my heart out for like 5 mins...not harping or knagging at him) and then without response to what i said...he says well i love you..i might call you later and when i call lets pretend we didnt have this conversation...bye babe....?!?!? wtf..what is that....what is his problem..can anyone help?

Ok..so this guy I have been talking too for some time now (3 mos) tells me last night that he suffers from bi-polar disorder as well as OCD. He stated that these mental health disorders run in his family and I believe when we spoke the otherday, he was actually expriencing a "Low". He said that he will be seeking help from a doctor within the week and possibly be placed on medication. My thing is..I like this man, and we could potentially get serious. I just don't know if I should continue to engage him as a result of this new revelation. I know a lot about these disorders b/c I went to school for it, and it can get bad if left untreated. I've seen the epidsodes of Oprah! I don't want to seem shallow, and I know a good guy is hard to find, but if it run's in his family, that means he could pass it on to our potential children. I really don't have much invested in him at this point, but I know I could. He's really a sweet man. Should I stay and find out, or just move on??

My ex and i have been broken up for a little while now. I just found out that he really can't stand me and he threw all of the things i gave him out and I don't know why he hates me so bad. We Stopped being friends and i guess the hatred came into place because We are in job corps. He has a girl for 3 years back home and she found my number, she called me and she asked wat the relationship was between us. here is the story, about year and half ago, my bf had crush on one of his friend(before me and him start dated). They went to college together, later on even work in same company, almost hang out everyday. One day he told her that he wanted to be more than friend, then they started dated for almost two weeks, then she left him to other guy worked at same company (who is other friend of his, this guy usual to like me asked me out couple times but i did not go out with him. WE ALL WORKED AT SAME COMPANY BEFORE I DATED MY BF I DID NOT KNOW, HE TOLD ME LATER ON), she left the company and other guy got fire(later on i left the company too). For about a year and halp, there were communication between them. About a month or two ago, she start e-mail and txt msg to my bf, and she came back to the same company, they become co-worker again. I do not know what should i do? i do trust my bf, but i do not trust her. Me and him dated almost for one year right now.

My ex husband and I had a proper style when it came to intimacy... now I am a boyfriend who is utterly romantic, and I like it, but sometimes I dont feel free to be myself, as I have to keep a certain 'censure' over what I do and what I say... He likes to follow the same steps: romantic words, hugs, kisses, making out, etc. it is great but sometimes I guess that people who are already intimate can skip some of these steps as I dont think you have to be so romantic all the time, but some times you just want to be more... practical! I have started missing the intimacy I have shared with my husband, and our more playful and joyful ways of being together, without the obligation of creating a romantic moment everytime we would touch each other... Should I change to fit my bf style and forget other things I like? Should I talk to him? I am afraid of scandalizing him by asking for different things...or disappointing him... I guess he thinks I am special, and I dont wanna spoil that...

Besides the obvious title, what to YOU is the difference between 'seeing' someone and actually being with them? What things do you do that are differently, what is acceptable in one but not in the other?
IE when seeing someone the relationship is usually open where as being with them it's usually monogamous

My very closest male friend and I have recently started sleeping together.............we've never dated, talked about dating, and up until now I've never really considered it. We've known each other for at least 7 years, met and befriended each other's g/f's&b'f's, we have never lied to each other, therefore we know all each others dirty little secrets - which is the best part!!
