Should I be suspicious or am I disrespecting him, if I do call his house for him despite his insistence in me not calling him there. Please help.

First, I would think about how much you really know about him. (I don't know how old you are so this might not apply)
Is he married
Living with a significant other
Seeing another person at the same time
Personally it sounds suspicious to me. I would almost call him anyway just to see what happens.
Or, you could just ask him flat out, what is the reason for the calling rule. Maybe he lives with someone ill and the ringing phone disturbs them.

It depends on what his reason is. He can definitely say that he is busy and ask you not to call this week or something like that, but if this is a permanent thing, I would definitely suspect that someone else lives there that isn't supposed to know about you. Not a good sign.

Look at what you just wrote, I mean what would you say if your best friend asked you that. I would really consider that. I would do some diggin, even though the turn out is a high chance of something bad, then leave the guy! KARMA - will get him, it always does.

something is wrong with that pic. I had the same thing happen to me. my exboyfriend kept telling me not to call while we were dating. so one day i called just a little after he got home and a girl answered, when i asked for him she was like who are you and why do you want to talk to my boyfriend i was like, im his girlfriend. well they didnt work out and we dated for a day or two after that then he just stopped calling, talking, emailing, and stopping in like he did every day. so i ended things. Trust me if you think somethings up aske him. why you cant call..

i think he got sumthing else on his mind... his making excuses! well poor thing, if i were u i will not call him forever. remember u are his gf not a slave or a chick, when he needs u then he call u.. but if u are in great trouble and u need his help, where will he be?? sumore his giving u instruction when to call him!!! look that kind of men million out there.

Has he given you any explination about why you cant call him.
I would REALLY ask him why i cant call him wait and see what answer he gives you and then take it from there.
You are not dumb you can tell when its a good excuse or he is just playing you . Good luck

Depends on how long youve been seeing him. If its more than two months it should be OK Ask him at school what is wrong. He may have an alcoholic parent. You never know.

Don't call him. I told the same thing to my girlfriends and it was because I didn't want my parents to know. They would ask questions and be annoying, so it was better for them not to know.
It's probably completely innocent.

call him anyway and if a female voice comes on the line, than u could pretend your from an agency doing a survey and ask if she is married and what her husbands name is or somthing along that line

i'd be suspicious.. why can't u call?? how old is he that u can't call his home.. if he can't give u a legitmate reason why then u need to start looking for a new bf...
