You are still thinking about him and love him. I've had a fair amount of trouble sleeping because of nightmares when I was younger and the way I got over them was that I would partially awaken so that I can control my actions and the world inside my dream more completely.

The only real way for the nightmare to pass is for that one time when he starts flirting with other girls, instead of you hurting, you and the other girls shoo him away for being such a fool. Or alternately, you kiss your "real" boyfriend who isn't the horrible ex. Dreams have many possibilities, but they are the places you have to win to get over the pain.

I used to have dreams about falling that kept waking me up. People would push me off cliffs and buildings and it was horrible. Then, one day, I just landed on the ground without getting hurt and smiled. The fear and nightmares were gone :)

Yes this is indeed serious, but there is a very simple solution. It is called gyan or "right knowledge". Once you have gyan, nothing can affect you. So what is the gyan for this situation? It is as follows:

1. There is no permanent happiness or sadness in this world. Everything is a creation of our mind.

2. You are obsessed by him because you think there is happiness in him, which is false.

3. Stop thinking about him. Keep points (1) and (2) always active in your intellect.

4. Think about God, who is the source of infinite bliss.

5. You will find there is 180 degree change in you, and all your problems have vanished.

May you have the intelligence to take my words seriously.

If you are still having nightmares about him 1 1/2 years later, you should think about seeing a therapist. You're obviously having issues moving on, and it sounds like it's to the point where you might need to seek professional help. Sometimes, it's hard to get that person you loved SO MUCH out of your heart--I've been through the same thing just recently, and it's hard, but you've just got to go on. Good luck!

If its lack of sleep you're worried about, some sort of herbal sleeping aid might be useful (from a health shop, just ask), but it wont solve the real issue.

Try to find a new focus in your life, maybe a new hobby or a change of career. It is important to have some things in your life which will help you look to the future in a positive way. so that you no longer fill your thoughts with things which happened in the past.

My first dream occurred whilst i became into 5 or 6, yet i became into in a relatives buddy s abode and it s form of darkish. I heard those great, heavy footsteps coming my way from the kitchen. i became into on the settee on the time and no-one else gave the impression to be in the abode. So I make a run for my mom s buddy s room and dart into her closet. I m sitting on a pile of garments and there s a low-value-finding radio next to me and then the radio activates with a blast of static and over the muffled static, i ought to hearken to somewhat one screaming; greater like crying quite loud, yet screaming besides the certainty that. the 2d time I had the dream became into whilst i became into 15. I had in basic terms moved to a sparkling state and had by no skill even concept approximately that dream I had lots of years in the past. yet in my dream I m in an unfamiliar abode with an unfamiliar canine. He became into sort yet no longer for long because of the fact he began to growl on the front door of the abode. keep in mind the abode looks to have honestly no electricity and it s raining cats and canines exterior. The door opens and the canine whimpers and starts to run. There s no person seen on the door, yet some thing deep-down in me knew precisely who it became into. So I observed the suitable way the canine ran and we got here to a hallway and there became right into somewhat one gate blockading the front. The canine jumps over and makes it and runs top yet i'm getting my pants snagged on the gate and look left and notice the silhouette of a crib and that i hear the same remarkable crying noise from my previous dream!

it's hard really to get over someone you loved so much. the only way you can get over this is to open your heart to new relationships
eventually you will forget him if somebody else will treat you better than he did to you.
