I have been going out with my boyfriend since novemeber of the 8th grade. (2004) I am completely in love with him. Whenever someone asks me how long ive been going out with him and i say 2 and a half years alomst they are shocked and tell me i need to break up with him because weve been going out for too long and he is my first boyfriend.

I guess what i want to know is why to high school age kids say this? Why do they hook up with different guys and girls every weekend? I dont understand why or what this does for you. It surely does nothing for your self esteem and confidence. My friends tell me im "missing out"...missing out on what?!?!

I was really wasted last night at a party. Parts of the night are really vague to me. Actually I don't remember a lot of the night. lol. But yeah apparently I was lying on the pool table with my friend's ex. I don't remember what happened though. My other friend said there was something going on between us. But thing is I can't remember! When I see him do I act normal around him or bring it up or ..? Also my friend still has feelings for her ex, so do I tell her something might have happenend or not mention it at all? Lol haha oyyyy I'm going to nap, my stomach hurts. . .

About six years ago as a mature student (I was 31 at the time) in my second year of a BA course I fell completely in love with a tutor, a couple of years older than me. It was love at first sight confirming itself during the months that followed.
I have to add that he was the one who insisted right form the start. (Even other students could notice it). However after a couple of months he suddenly changed his mind thinking that he had to choose between his job/career and his love for me. He chose the job. I' ve never known if and how much pressure the college put on him but it was obvious that they were against it. I dropped out of the course after the second year because I couldn't cope with it. I tried to get over him, moved to another country and tried to get on with my life. The problem is I just can't forget him even after all those years. I have never loved anyone outside of him - not before, not afterwards. Should I try and find him and see whether what happens now?

Ok, you ever hit a point in you're life when you realize that everyone comes to you when they need to talk... And in the rare moment when you actually need to talk, no one really has the emotionaly availability to listen.

This isn't a poor me Post, just wondering if anyone out there can associate with this

And these are good people, who love me, and show me in other ways... But just aren't able to really able to be their, because their own lives are so overwhelming

Anyway, just thought i'd put the question out there

P.S., even my Couselor is busy till Tuesday, lol

Whenever I see a really hott guy somewhere in public with my family I never tell them that he's hott. Whenever I like somebody at school I never tell my family. It just wouldn't be comftorable talking to them about it. The only people I really talk to about this stuff are my friends. Is that okay???

I thought I taught him better than that. His personal relationships are none of my business, but I want to raise a son who has integrity and character. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get through to him why it is wrong to cheat without overstepping my boundries?

I am friends with this guy whom I like, when we hang out in groups he always brings up his ex randomly..."so and so used to like this" ..." etc. And I could tell he is still angry with her. They broke up over a year ago. Does this mean he still has feelings for her? Should I back Off?

I am new in this country (USA).

I hear rummors from my friends that black men are "larger" than white men.

Do white men make up for this deficientcy in any way? Black men are more athletic.

My neighbor has a pre teen son. She had been in the relationship with her sons father for quite some time. He began using drugs and disappearing for days at a time. Eventually she broke up with him and he ended up getting married a week after they broke up. She tried having her son visit his father but he would "forget" about there son and wouldnt hear from him for months. His new wife would tell my neighbors ex that her kids come first before his son and he should just deal with it. She saw that it bothered her son that he wasnt seeing his dad. It has now been 4 years and he hasnt seen his father. He is now 9 years old and she wants her son to see his father but she is afraid. She knows that her son thinks about him often but if she allows him to see his father again what if the father is still using drugs (heroine). What if the wife will treat her son like crap? Everyone keeps telling her to not allow him to visit hims dad but it is hurting her son. Can you help her?

i got on my pc today and my boyfriend's email account was up. i saw several messages from a "Tiff". Out of curiousity I opened them and to my shock i discovered that during the whole month of september he had been emailing eachother. he was discussing what kind of sex he wanted to have with her and she was pressuring him to choose between me and her. he actually told her whether or not he left me depended on how much she wanted him. when i confronted him about it, at first he denied that he wrote those emails and that someone must have hacked his account. when he finally admitted it, he said he did it b/c we were having a rough time in our relationship and it would never happen again. this is actually the 2nd time something like this has happened. i discovered texts on his cell, him telling another female that he loved her and his intent was to marry her. I consider all of the above CHEATING while he claims that it is not. does anyone here feel that this is cheating and should i go?
