He just turned 18 and is about 5'4. He is worried that he won't get taller.

Wow... if hes 18, and 5'4 he is probably close to stop growing in height. Now he might grow like 2 more inches... but it depends on his body. You never know? A lot of young guys eventually have a growth spurt... usually during their teenage years. My boyfriend used to be like 5'7 when he was 14... now hes 16 and hes like 5'11. It depends!

unless he takes steroids, no. He's going to be that tall for the rest of his life(about). Unfortunately, he's stopped growing. Which can be a good or bad thing, who knows.

He is pretty much done growing... Maybe a chance by some miracle he might grow 1/2 inch. tell him to wear bigger shoes

probably not. how tall are you? are you taller than he is? rememeber, that laying down, height doesn't matter....:-)
