He is serving 5 years in a Level 2 prison. We have been corresponding and we used to see one another. He is a troubled person that went down the wrong path, I feel that the right thing to do is to be his friend, nothing more, and offer him someone to talk to (via letters only). I know that he is a criminal and I am very informed about his crimes, but I also know that he needs someone to care. I do and always have cared about him as a friend. Am I doing the right thing? I don't want a relationship and I am not willing to send him money or photographs or grant him costly phone calls. I just want him to not give up hope and know that he has someone who cares about him and someone who will honestly encourage him. Please tell me what you think.

My wife has recently developed an enjoyment in role playing during sex. She now asks me to call her by her mothers name and she calls me by her fathers name. She also asks me to imitate her fathers certain mannerisms. Does this seem strange to anyone else???

I have been with my partner for 6 years and we have a little boy. I have suspected for about a year that my partner was cheating on me due to changes in his behaviour (moodiness/blaming me for anything when it goes wrong/constant arguments). My suspicions grew so I started checking things like his phone/email/wallet etc. I found sexually explicit texts from his best friend on his phone and when I confronted him he said his friend had a crush on him. I foolishly gave him the benefit of the doubt but have since found his details on a gay dating website and outgoing texts on his phone calling his friend "sexy eyes" and "you're more sexy than me". So I was right and now I know he lied. The main problem is I love him and want to stay a family, but how can I trust him? I know that he loves me and still finds me sexually attractive but I'm female and if he wants sex with men how can I compete? Please any opinions will help me make my mind up, has anyone has been through anything similar?

my husband recently lied to me about smoking pot. this has been an issue for us for years. he had told me he quit and i believed him, i told him that if he needed help i would be there for him, but he went behind my back and did it anyway. When i confronted him, he lied to me a number of times and came up with all kinds of excuses. he knew all he had to was ask for help or just tell me and i would not have been upset, i would have tried tohelp him.
NOW, since these incidents, i am doubting his honesty in the past. it scared me to realize he could lie to me that well and continue to lie to me when i confronted him.
the one thing that i now am doubting is whether or not he slept with a friend of mine before we got together. i know for a fact that 9 months after they were "friendly" a baby was born. this baby looks shockingly similar to my husband, yet he continues to deny that he ever slept with her. he says i should go talk to her or get a dna test if i dont believe him.

From when I was a very young child (I don't even remember when) my grandfather sexually abused me, until I was 12 ish and told someone. It went to court but he was never punished due to the jury being undecided. It's really affected me as I know he's still out there and that so many people think he's safe. None of that side of the family talk to me either and I really miss my nan =( I'm 16 now, but rly feel that if I'd just put up with it things would be a whole lot better as thigs don't seem better but far worse. How do I deal with this? I've already been through councling after I took an overdose two years ago, it hasn't helped. I miss my family and old life.

I've been talking to my boyfriend all week about how my car is getting out of the shop today and how I was planning to see him. I"ve been doing most of the calling this week, so yesterday I decided I wasn't gonna call him and see if he called me. He did in the afternoon. I told him once again my parents were coming home yesterday and they were gonna get my car. He said he had to go but he would call me back (he was helping his sister with her baby). He did and we talked for a couple more mins and the he said he had to go again (the doctor had come in to see the baby). I called him last night so that I could get plans confirmed with him about today so I wouldn't have to worry about them today. He said he had just finished eating and he would call me back again. I just said its ok I'll just call you tomorrow. So I have called a couple times this morning to talk to him and no answer. I really don't wanna call again. my mom has always lied to me when i was growing up. the sad part is, shr doesnt know that i catch her in her own lies. as i was growing up, i'd ask her things about herself like why her eyes were green and mine and das were brown shed say ''just genetics hon''
and then i later grew to find out she wears contacts and her eyes are infact brown. she still claims them to be her eye color. she wears them everywaking minute.. shes also been the same age now for about 6 years when i ask her. shes never home, always oyt with friends.
wy is she so fake.........
