Make? Get you out of? I think you need to re-evaluate who is responsible for you. I suggest you stop making others responsible for your emotions, anxiety, fears and worries and deal with them yourself or see your doctor for medications to help you. Making others responsible for your own troubles is both childish and unrealistic. Good luck!

Be thankful that you have them. That is enough to take you out of your depression. Appreciate the things that you have. Happiness is wanting what you have and not having what you want. Happiness is a choice and a state of the mind. Choose to be happy, only you can do that to yourself. Nobody else can.
