My ex and i have a one year old daughter together... he has never really shown alot of interest in being around her... we are both in different cities. so he would come up to see her once every three weeks. then after she turned one back in april he hasn't come back to see her. But now he wants to know when he can pick her up on a friday and take her back to miami where he lives and bring her back on a sunday...mind you that he never woke up for a night feeding...he never bathed her, and not to mention that he has 2 american bulldogs in his house who they allowed to be IN the house all the time...the male dog killed another dog he had and the female dog is extremely hyper active.. my question is does he have the right to have her for the entire weekend especially when his family who he lives with are always drinking on the weekends?

My son had his birthday yesterday and he wished that I should accompany him to the beach to watch world cup match.
He don't have any girlfriend and want me to wear a bikini which have footballs printed on it.
Though I use to go to beach in bikini but Am 40 and wearing those fancy bikini with soccor doesn't suite me.Should I go ,will that be fine to accept bikini from my son.

im asking on behalf of a friend of mine whom 3mnths ago lost his mother,the last week of her life my friend was at her bedside during this week his x wife offered to look after their 3 children until his mum passed away and the funeral was over.bearing in mind he has brought these children up on his own for 6 years and mum hardly saw the children even though she only lived a few yards up the road from them.During these two weeks my friend went home and discovered that his 14 year old son had stolen a large amount of money from him, £300 which he had saved for a new fridge freezer and some flowers for his mothers funeral,it resulted in my friend smacking his son, which any parent i think in them circumstances would have done the same. I know it is is hard as we have 2 young children, and timing is an issue but there is opportunity, and I know when he says he is going for a little nap in the middle of day or after work exactly what he is doing, because I have caught him on numerous occasions, and then he wonders why I get so upset.

an old lady drops their wallet, and you go up to help her, and she starts screaming "he's taking my wallet! help! help!"
so you you know I did the most reasonable thing to do , and that was an uppercut to the chin. Then all of the sudden I'm the bad guy, and all I did was to try to help an old lady.

My bf and I are having major problems,he doesnt have sex with anymore because he says everytime we have sex his penis gets red like in a rash and it causes him lots of pain for days afterwards.I've never been one to be promiscuis but just to make sure I got tested twice for every std test available and they all came back negative.It used to be where if he wore a condom than that helped but now he says even if he wears one he still gets it and thats where I having trouble believing him.He makes me feel so bad when he says hes never had this problem with his past girlfriends.He makes it out like this is all my fault. He wont c a doctor.We use to have a great sex life at first and he never complained then.I love him so much weve been together almost 2 years and share a 3 month old baby daughter . I've been going out with him for 4 years. My mum has just told me she and dad don't like him and don't think hes good enough for me.
Now I've started doubting him and I'm wondering if they're right.

he took my dummy tire out of my new car and put it on hers, they call each other all the time after having no contact at all for a few years, his child support to her is being stopped there son age 17 lives with us since may27 2006 they fought till june 13th cause of mediation and now they are in constant contact , she sent him a card to thank him to our home with her address on it knowing I would get the mail.
