Try to get your mind off what's bothering you. Go take a walk. Go read a book. Call a friend. E-mail someone. Sing a happy song. Think about good food. Eat chocolate. Hope you get over your sadness. Hope this helps.

hmm...go out and have fun or shop..do the things you love doing..listen to music and dance or something. Cook or bake a cake, play with some kids, go to the park, go swimming...sadness isn't always there to stay.. you have to do something to make it go away..

You should find someone you truely love and hug them and cry it out to them it isnt good to keep things bottled up inside. I hope all is well and that you feel better much hugs
