Friends - March 2007

Hey there, what happened was the following issue. My best guy friend (R.) and I have been best friends for a year more or less. He helped me out when i got past a relationship and I helped him out. But after that my nightmare starts. I've never liked to fall for one of my best friends, nore them to fall for me. But it happened with R. His way of being with me changed, thoe he always would say he wouldn't have changed. A lot of my other friend have told me he lookes at me in a different way, and his "I Love U" have growed a lot. I really like him as a friend. So when I found out he had a crush on me, before he would express his feeling, I told him I didn't wanted him to fall for me, that I wouldn't respond him as he deserved, he told me he got it, but since then he won't talk to me, nore answer my greetings, have I broken his heart? can we be best friends again? What can I do to make him talk to me at least?

My friends Addy and Caterina are fighting over this thing Cat asked Addy to do. Now Cat is breaking up with her boyfriend over what Addy answered. I am 18 years old and in college. I live at home and I am close to my family. My mother hates the idea that I have had sex. And practically despises me for it. Is that alright? My boyfriend and I have been going out for little over a year and we are very close. He lives near me at home, but goes to college in a different state. They let me go visit him last month and won't let me go again. They say there is no reason for me to go and that I do not need an explination. I know I still live at home, but aren't these two decisions ones I can make on my own? Please answer me because I am very confused and don't know what to do.

one day they act like they love you, another they ignore you, then they so you dnt talk to them and they get mad for tht, then so you do and they might be nice and idk evn kno what they want
i have a particular girl in mind and we/ve tried goin out but it didnt work then tried a few months later w/ the same results and some times she gets really amd at me for nothing so i stop talkin top her and then she flips out for that, then we became like best friends again i asked her out (cuz i messed it up b4) but she said no basically tht she never would and now shes sometiems rly nice and othertimes mean and ignores me
also we used to hang out but now she lies just to hav an excuse not to and last weekend she called me nd said she had somethin important to tell me so wen i asked her, she said she was drunk and then just hung up, but this week she has been nice so now i hav no clue wat i want

O.K I have been best friends with someone for a year or so, but lately they started to keep away. Last night, I confronted them, and was terribly shocked when they said harsh things. I feel that I have been betrayed and stabbed in the back, but they are just too insensitive to feel!

Ok I have known this guy for about 2 years and he is my best friend. But I have really strong feelings about him. I told him once that I liked him but I don't know if he thought I was kidding. He had a girlfriend but he told me he broke up with he because she wouldn't let him hang out with me. We kissed before and we hang out every weekend. look i really dont like being by myself but i cant stand the 2 people i hang with. i feel i have no other choice. of course i have plenty of friends plenty of friends but they come in lunch later than i do. when they come i leave (u get the point). we've had situations and their mom told them not to assotiate with me anymore. ( i didnt do anything) when they told me that it really hurt my feelings. what should i do?????

ok me and brittany put a note in our friend Bobbys locker the other day and brittany hand wrote it now all of his friend are trying to figure out who wrote it. My best friend moved to another state the summer before our senoir year in high school. We got in a fight and lost touch for about 4 years. This year I sent her a Christmas card with all of my contact inforamtion on it and were talking on a regular basis for a few months...we even met up and had lunch together. However it has now been almost a month since I really talked to her...I have been sending her emails like I was before but she isnt responding. Is she really that busy or does she not want to talk...? I havent done anything to make her mad...if I did she hasnt said anything (which isnt like her).

she is totally wild and fun when she's drunk, in fact we met at a club and became fast friends, i didnt even know she HAD social anxiety until we went to lunch on a random day and she was very quiet, she told me about her whole ordeal, she cant even carry on a normal conversation without booze, how can i help her? i was thinking of inviting her out for dinner (and drinks) with me and some of my other girlfriends. but i didnt know if a large group would be too much for her, does anyone have experience with this affliction, please help! i think she's a great girl and should have more friends!

He is one of those guys whose attitude and self esteem rubs on you in a contagious way. I realize that He is one of the most negative guys out there in the world. If you want to chase after a personal goal, he’s probably not the best person to be around because his low morale will rub on to yours and bring it down too. When he is down, he will not admit that he is feeling down so he will B.S and make it seem that for some reason beyond his control, the tides are working against his favor. Further more, he does not like to be the only person in the world who feels low and depressed so he will talk to you and make it seem as if you are in the same situation so that he has another sympathetic soul who feels the same pain.

When you and he are chasing the same goal and it starts to fall apart, he will be the first who points the finger at you and criticize everything you say in every way possible to make it seem as if it is your entire idea.
When in front of girls, whether he is interested or not, he feels an uncontrollable urge to hog the conversation to B.S and brag.

When he feels that he has achieved something positive, he will brag about it like there is no more tomorrow. In addition, he will turn face and look down on you for not having achieved what he had. It gives him and feeling that if you are not doing what he is doing, then you are going in the wrong path.

Brags about sleeping with 26 different girls.
Also complains about being lonely.
Admits to buying almost all of them.
