If she drinks coffee a travel mug is nice or a Starbucks gift card. If not then get her a gift card to Staples or Wal-mart. I'm sure she can use it for all the supplies she needs on a daily basis as a teacher. Trust me even a small gift card goes along way for those kinds of things.

Buy her something that has to do with the subject she teaches, like a good book for an english teacher. Or you could get her something she could keep on her desk, like a cute figurine or something.
