Ever since I was younger I found myself on the outside of the group and only had two or three friends.

Every where I go people tend to have a conversation with me. People tell me their problems about their husbands, kids, wives, work and so on. And Most of the time I just listen then give them a kind word like a compliment, then suggests things then let them finish talking.

I'm a nice dude. I just don't have a whole lot of girl friends and I wish I did. I want a girlfriend, like every other guy in the world.

I mean, I'm likeable, and I have a lot of "aquaintences" who are girls who will be like "oh I love (my name)" and they know me and like me a little, but they don't really seem to want to know me better. I don't have a lot of real friends who are girls you know?

Is there any tips I can get from you girls out there? I mean... I don't know I'm such a confused 16 year old. Teenage years ARE tough.

my brother goes to get movies from hollwood video i love the guy to death but he is kind of girly well i am to but not as much as him. i know chicks thinks that's hot and all. but anyways he get's movies like sex and the city the last kiss and all that yada yada. i know he's not gay becuase one time my mom caught him looking a girl porno but i think it might be because he hangs out with girls to much you agree????????

I used to talk hours an hours on the phone until I realized it was a terrible waste of time, and my preffered way of communication is face to face and via e-mail.

Why do I hate to talk on the phone? Can you tell me?

So I have been seeing this guy for over 3 years now and we're just friends. No Commitment. His mom and I had our first conversation last week. And we've met up a couple of times. Today he, his mother, and i went for lunch and then a quick shopping trip. When we left our shopping trip she refered to herself as the "mother in law." What does this mean? It really shocked me, and I played it off like it wasn't a big deal. I really do like the guy, and could see us together. Please help.

Ok so i known this girl for like 4 years and like i've liked her since like the first day i met her. Shes like my best gril friend and were really close. I told her a couple of days ago that i like her and all and she was like cool. Then like 2 days ago she was like I like u 2 . The only problem is that she goes to college like 4 hours away but is transfering for next year close to where i live. Shes like really confused bc shes like under alot of stress with college and her ex wants to get back wit her and is hesitating bc she dosnt want our freindship tp ruin if stuff gets bad . I've just moved to a new city and a friend asked me to find an apt. so that we could share as she was planning to move to the same place. Note, I hadn´t known her for very long before deciding to do this. Right, got the place and she moved in. I introduced her to all the new friends I'd made since moving here and she picked one of them, started hanging out with her..often without inviting me and then gave me notice that she was going to share with the other girl. Oh, and there is only one bedroom with a fold up in the living. She insisted on taking the bedroom plus paying a little extra. Now, I'm left with the lease and feel very very hurt and used. We also have the same dance teacher and she always asks what he´d taught meed after the class..as though in competition or something. What really made me wonder was this: I told her my ex boyfriend may visit. She said, he sounds really nice and if he is, maybe I'll fall in love with him. That hurt me as she knows I still care.

First off, I am a single mother of 4 and my kids are with their Dad every other weekend. I have a new friend who just took a job working several days during the week and 10 hrs. on Sat plus 8 hrs. on Sunday. She called me up to offer me the job of babysitting her two kids every other weekend (the ones I don't have my 4). I almost choked. I politely declined but she seemed disappointed - maybe even upset.

These 4 days a month that I have w/o kids are the only things keeping me out of the nuthouse :-) and the last thing I want to do is spend them babysitting someone else's kids. I do need the money and have been trying to find some work ( I sell on eBay ) so I appreciate her offer, as she said she would pay me.

I think finding daycare from 10 am- 8 pm every Sat. as well as another 8 hrs. on Sun.is going to be very difficult..... also, she said when she did daycare she did it all day for $20 + $15 for the extra child....so I think she was planning on paying me $70 for 18 hrs.....

My best friend's brother got her in trouble after he was grounded for a week by telling their dad that she has a Myspace. Then, he said that I told her to get a Myspace. Now, she can't watch TV, go on the computer, she has to do her homework at school, and she can't talk to me. If she does, her brother will tell her dad. I don't know how I can go on without her, or how I can persuade her dad that I'm not a "bad kid" (which I'm not, and my friend isn't either). What am I supposed to do???

I've known my guy friend since the beginning of the year and I'm starting to wonder if he likes me (yes I like him) he gives me mixed signals so I'm not sure...He...
keeps eye contact
Asks me personal questions
remembers little details
pokes me in the hall, walks away, turns around and smiles
Called me from his bath tub once
Waited for me by my locker twice
Asked me who I liked a couple times
Said "I put the cheese on his pizza"
When he asked me to say stuff in spanish he asked me to say "I love hanging out with *his name*
And when he found out that I was going on a field trip(that he wasn't going to) he asked me if he went would I sit by him
BUT when I asked him to sign my agenda he signed it *his name* your best friend
and when he asked me to go to the library with him and I said ok he said "good, your such a good friend"
Do you think he likes me?
