Of course there's a rule: in the Holy Pamphlet of the FSM, Chapter 3, Verse 6:

"Therefore keep thou, O My People, the Statutes and Rules that I have given thee, lest I utterly Tough Thee Up."

no you can put as many as you feel like doing, i suppose the more you like the person you are sending a text or email to the more kisses you could put

i txt my bf 3 and he txts me about 6 at the end of a txt, it's up you he also txt lol for lot of love then 6 kisses but not all the time sometimes it's just the kisses.
if he sont me a txt without the kisses i would not be happy

As a rule I put a large X followed by Xx (these are not sent to you though)ha! However, I have now changed to hugs......and dont go copying (go on then I will let you) hugs.......Me

There is no rule as such but three is the usual number . It looks good and not over the top.

i usually put one. not everyone gets a x. mainly close friends and my ex for some reason still warrants one.
