see well one of my friends started cutting her wrists and she told me that she used a steak knife to do it. i dont think she has recently but im really worried about her. ive known her for 12 years and i never expected something like this to happen. she is just...... different lately. what would you do if u were in my shoes?

O.K Serious question time!!!
I've had a couple of 'friends' ignoring me for the past few weeks, I mean TOTALLY ignoring, blanking me, we had a HUGE fall out a while back, due to a misuderstanding, and things haven't been the same since.
Anyway I wrote something on my 360 blog, which one of these girls took TOTALLY the wrong way, (she thought it was about her, which it wasn't!) Since then, I've been TOTALLY blanked, which I myself think is childish, I avoid our regular coffee afternoons because of the atmosphere, and I've tried to talk to them, but I get NOTHING back, I've even e-mailed one of them a couple of times, but nothing AGAIN!
Shall I just leave it and move on? (I mean I do have other friends) but I just feel akward when I see these girls, and I HATE the bad feeling, I mean I'm 30 years old, and it feels like I'm back at school! True friends wouldn't do this would they?

weekend. she was a sigma delta tau sister. i took her back to my dorm and spent the whole weekend ba#ging her do#gystyle, missionary, her on top, and any other position you could imagine. also ate her box. was good stuff. i love these sorority hos. i love college too. may i never graduate and stay in college forever! tomorrow is beer bong day. that is one of my favorites"

I have really had problems with my friend after shifting in with him. He has not been doing any of the common chores, keeps the house untidy and does every thing possible to irritate me. He has been trying to ignore me and move on with a bunch of new friends. He simply does the opposite of whatever I say. He makes fun of me and my girl friend. He talks all mean things and makes it a point to lie 24 - 7 . Due to the previously common friend circle I am left out, and out of the friends every one always thinks that it is my fault as I am intolerant and seek perfection. He is too too friendly with another guy, and now I even suspect that he might be gay. He never listens and after being furious at a little prank has gone to the extent of burning me with an iron. I am left with no one to even talk to in the city. I am really hurt by his mean and bitter comments. I fail to follow why is it so when I did no harm. I really don't feel good about me . I can only move out after 1mth. How to adj?

i have just moved back to my home town from travelling the world as a topless dancer and am catching up with old friends from high school and college etc.. i have made up a very good cover story as to what i was doing whilst travelling that it is very believable but i feel bad about lying. all my family know and obviously my fiance , but should i be honest with them or just stick to my cover story??? the thing is that they all have really great careers and i am scared that they might judge me. what should i do?

There this girl in my class and we r like bff's and every day she uses me and then I feel bad if i say no to her but she treats me like crap. All my friends do but her the mostlly her she turned my whole family against me and they don't even know her.

My daughter is graduating Jr. High and every year they pull a prank on the principal, etc. Last year it was shaving cream under door handles and things like that. PLEASE give me some NEW ideas that are NOT ILLEGAL and that other students will talk about for years!

who is always picking on people!!!! It drives me insane. I quite going around her because of it. I hate when people get picked on because I get picked on all the time. But anyways she started coming around me today!!! And she shoved my best friend into the locker and made her sprang her wrist!!! I told her to back off and get the hell away from both me and my best friend. Now she seems made at me. I don't know if I should say I am sorry or tell her I don't care if I hurt her feelings. I don't know how to tell her I don't wanna be her friend anymore because I can not be friends with someone who picks on others. What is the best way to go about this??? What would you do?? My sister and her best friend have a very close relationship for almost twenty years. The email or message each other every day and phone each other for extended conversations every week. They'd like to go for a short vacation trip together. (Both of them are straight.)
The problem is, that the best friend's husband get jealous fits, whenever the two them converse. And really hates the idea of them travelling together.
My family pressures my sister to back of and limit her contact with her best friend in order to keep that marriage going. I think, my sister and her friend have every right to stay in close contact and travel together and the husband is behaving overly jealous.
Am I way off in my opinion? Are bests friends commonly a problem in marriages?

I have a friend, who's also my sister in law, and most of the time I feel insecure as a friend around her. I know that she confides in me, and I also know that she has many problems (or issues) of her own, but every time we get together is because I tell her. I know that it's not that important and I could talk it with her, but I don't know if I really want to. Anyway I can't help feeling awkward when we have family reunions and she in her "cold" phase. I have other friends, so I don't know why this bothers me so much. More than making things better with her, I would like not to feel this way. Ideas?

I have a friend that wrote a three page blog about me on myspace stating what a crazy ***** I was and how she hoped I was seriously injured in a recent car wreck I was in at the time. All my friend's saw it, because we have the same group of friends. She is the type of person that expected her "true" friends to call every night to talk to her. We are all in our 20s, so it is not like we're back in high school and see each other everyday. Anyways, all my other friends have no problem with me. Actually, I have stopped talking to her altogether and some of my friends have, too. She sent me an one sentence statement a month after the blog was written saying, "It was inappropriate to write those things about you..." That was it!! No, I am sorry or anything. She still sometimes drunk phone calls me just to say random stuff, but still no apology. Would you forgive her? She has anger issues, and always has to be mad at one of her friends over petty stuff...I don't understand!

Would it bug you if one of your female friends stopped going out and having a social life just coz footy was on the telly.

I know some poeple love the sport but it shouldn't come in the way of your social life if you're a lady.

Does anyone agree it's a bit sad?

Like arranging a night out then cancelling at the last minute coz the football is on - watch the higlights or record it!! Get over it girl!!!

My mate has well dissapointed me if you haven't already guessed...
