Friends - March 2007

My step daughter lives with us. She has a 4 year old. We all went to bed one night, my hubby and I get up around 5:00 a.m.
We no sooner get up and here she comes thru the door. She got up during the night and went to breakfast with friends. She never told us she was leaving. What if there was an emergency and me or the hubby had to go to the hosptial. I would have left a note on the table and gone. If that would have happened the little one would have been alone. Her dad and I both jumped her *** real good and told her she was a stupid irresponsible parent, only thinking of herself. If she does something like this again, would it be wise to call the authorities and report her?

I called my group of friends to see what they are up to tonight since its friday night. NONE of them answered their phones....I called 7 of them and all of them didnt answer and have not called me back. Then I heard they all went out for the night. This has been an ongoing problem. I'm afraid to confront them because they're my only friends....i dont know what to do. Please give me some suggestions.

I felt so broken-hearted, yesterday i went out to shop alone. In Novena Sq. and met my friend cuz she working a casher, i told her that my admire accpet me? it is good news or bad news? And my friend told me is a Bad news. She told me my admire has a girl friend and he has no feelings for me. And i felt so sad, i like never going to tlak to him ever again. And i went home, and took a bus.
I stand i thought and think once more? beause he told me that. your friend have tell me somthing? he showed me the happy face. I told him don't say anything loud. Cuz i don't want anyone to know! he still likes me, but why he told my friend he has no feeling for me? Does he telling a lie to my friend? Not to let her know it? beacuse i send him a love letter in his locker. that if you need me come and tell me the truth in front of me, if don't it's ok for me cuz love cannot force?

so shall i wait for one more try? and give him one chance

he was murdered. No funeral, no burial, I never got to say goodbye to him. He was such a great friend I loved him like a brother and to this day I can't stop thinking about him.

There is this autistic guy in my grade (im 13) and he... well... he looks up girls skirts. I know this sounds wierd... but he does! We were told to just say, "No. Stop." and then he will reply, "no touching." I don't know what to do. This is really freaking me out and making girls uncomfortable!

Plus, we just went over sexual harrassment in school, and this falls under that category! does it count if the harrasser is autistic?

I really am not trying to sound mean. I'm just wondering if i should do anything about it, because i really want it to stop.

Sometimes you don't think of a friend or family members name as unusual until you say it to someone else and they pull a face or ask about it.

I have friends who are twins called Laine (Laynee) and Cicily (Sissilly) and never thought anything of it, but I guess they are quite unique. What about you?

Friends I've had always say the same bull "Oh you are a really nice, good-hearted person, and your the bestest friend I've ever had."
But then turn around and stab me in the back, not once but more than I can count. And I have to let them go, I have had many friends in my life and they all soon or a later took off their mask.
My question is, Can being too nice be the problem?? I've always been a very sweet, compassionate, and giving person. Why wouldn't anyone want a friend like that??

It hurts a lot that I don't have any friends, not one. I can't help but cry about it sometimes.

I have a friend, and she's really, really sad. Her mom leaves for work early on Fridays, and she had called my friend- but my friend was asleep, and her phone was in her bag. So she didn't know. Later on after school, her mom called again, but my friend thought it was one of her friends, so she didn't answer because she was angry at the friend. Then, she checked just in case- and her mom had called. So she called back and got in huge trouble for not answering the phone after school and in the morning. I just came home from her house, and she was crying.

She told me that her mom threw her phone away, saying she talked to ME too much. Her mom canceled her violin lessons, and her violin lessons mean so much to her. She told me that she had said, "Mom, I really need those lessons." And the mom said, "Well, why don't you get lessons from Esther? Maybe she can tutor you." I'm Esther. Her mom is always comparing me and her. That I'm smarter, etc. Can I help her somehow?

Prom at my school falls on my birthday, and, to be blunt, I don't have many close friends at my school. People tell me that prom is such an experience that I will regret it if I do not attend. I would rather celebrate my birthday privately with my friends, who do not go to my school, than spend it at a prom with people who wouldn't even know it's my birthday, much less care. I don't think I'd be able to do both (ie: leave early and party with my friends) since my school requires that you stay for the entire prom and arrive and leave through school transportation, to be extra safe.

So. Is prom worth it? I'd like to add that I'm not as "girly" as other people, and going shopping, dressing up, putting on make up, etc, aren't activities that I necessarily want to go through. If the prom is worth it, however, I wouldn't mind.

Ok, so this girl always claimed to be my best friend and just ran around saying this. Our parents are good friends, and her mom is one of my teachers.
But i already had a best friend, and she's been trying to break us up all the time. She did a lot of really mean things. And she always lied like that other girl makes her do it!!!
Right now i'm studying in a different country for a year, and she spreads a lot of rumors about me. And those are not just innocent ones, she tells people i'm having sex with some guys!!! And thats not true and gross!!!
she lies to me even via e-mail! She tells me that she is incredibly busy, but all she does is dating some random guys and sitting on myspace.
My question: i'm coming back home in June, what should i tell her, how to break our relationship 4ever, for her to leave me alone already!? Or should i have some kind of revenge?
She isn't my friend any more and wont ever be!!!

My friend thinks she's fat and ugly. She's really absolutly gorgeous. I don't know what to say to let her know that. my friend aleisha was suppose to take me and my other friend hannah to the movies. well hannah cant go cuz her dad wants her to stay home so its me and aleisha. they are coming over to stay the night and go to church with me the next day. well hannahs church dont let out til 1 and thats when were leaving for the movies. we cant leave for the movies later because aleisha's mom is busy later. we thought of taking hannah home after my church but her parents wont let her stay home alone. aleisha is mad because i made plans with her but i also dont wanna bail on hannah. im stuck between a rock and a hard place. i dont want to be a bad friend.

I tell "said friend" everything. She is a blonde ditse with no friends so I befriended her so that she had someone... I defend her all the time to everyone that knows me or her because no one can stand her. I told her the other night that my brother had told me at Christmas that he heard a rumor that she was in the bar all the time while she was pregnant. She blew it up, turned it around and told her fiancee that I told her my brother was spreading rumors. So they went out and bought a new cell phone and have been sending vulgar and threathening messages to both my brother and I from a number we did not recognize and when I called the number I could hear her in the background. She is lying to everyone saying that I am now spreading rumors about my brother and that she is going to get us beat up. The thing is that they have no friends and she is terrified of me. Would you try to get revenge or leave it alone and say goodbye to a long friendship?

I really don't like my life right now and its been like this for a year or 2. My friend hasn't talked to me in a month. I barely have good friends people always say things to me that hurt my feelings. No one understands me, I feel like no one will ever love me and I hate the fact people call me emo when I say Im not.
