Friends I've had always say the same bull "Oh you are a really nice, good-hearted person, and your the bestest friend I've ever had."
But then turn around and stab me in the back, not once but more than I can count. And I have to let them go, I have had many friends in my life and they all soon or a later took off their mask.
My question is, Can being too nice be the problem?? I've always been a very sweet, compassionate, and giving person. Why wouldn't anyone want a friend like that??
It hurts a lot that I don't have any friends, not one. I can't help but cry about it sometimes.

They don't deserve your friendship, so they did you a favor by getting out of your life. Maybe you should befriend unlikely people. I seemed to have a problem with same sex friends. Women seem to be catty & competitive with me, so most of my friends are platonically male.

maybe being 2 nice makes u a push over and people just use u 2 make others jealous... u can b a nice person but still stick up 4 urself !!!

I agree with answers already posted but also want to add that you ma( not for sure) need to re -examine what kind of people you are chossing for yoru friends. The trouble is not with you but with them. perhaps it is time to surround yourself with a new kind of crowd...peoplewho have the same value towards friendship as you do.

it really isn't you fault find people who seem to be like you or people who look like they need a friend cuz then they would know how it feels and wouldn't stab you in the back

Maybe you're expecting too much out of them. Just be yourself and be a friend.
