Great to hear from you again. I hope this weekend is enjoyable for you. Nice to hear the interest generated by your newspaper ad has lead to a sale. And, it is always nice when closets get freed of clutter. I feel the same way, and myself even have another few loads to Goodwill. I've got a stash of cardboard boxes I will bring on March 3rd, to help with the move.

Nessa and I are doing better today, still a little sick. Thanks for your sentiments of well wishes. Got a lot done since this last email. Being sick hasn't stopped me (or Nessa). Nessa & I went to Home Depot & got some shelves, which I installed on the wall where the stairs meet the lower level (along the same wall as the fireplace.) I used anchors rated up to 50lbs, and piled books onto them. In doing so this has freed up more space, and the shelves themselves look quite nice since the woodtone pretty much matches the trim.

I went ahead and painted the bathroom last night. The color is called "Porcelain Peach." In fact the funny thing is it matches the sink exactly, even though I had no intentions to match anything. It actually looks so much cleaner in there with the fresh coat of paint... several years of splashes, toothpaste, shampoo, had made the walls all spotty looking. The satin finish will be easier to wipe clean than the original flat paint. I even got fresh new faceplates for the outlets/switch in there since I spattered the old ones, and new ones were only 44 cents. I do in fact need to reapply a second coat to some parts of the bathroom-- I only got a quart, and it was not enough to do everything plus a second coat, so this morning during our Home Depot trip I picked up another quart.

Today I hope to also begin painting on your room. The spackle in the torn out anchor holes has dried and I already sanded it. I think the paint will probably make a big difference, the walls in there are pretty dingy. I think the doors of your closet are pretty much beyond repair. Not only have the downstairs closet doors been removed, I also pulled down the ones in mine/Nessa's room and replaced it with a double curtain (after it fell on me when I gently leaned on it while painting). So probably we might want to take down your doors too--one half won't even bend to close. Then hopefully we can just take them all to the landfill one day.

I have a long time highschool friend that is overweight. I too could stand to lose some more weight. Over the last year, I lost 85 pounds by watching my diet and walking. Anyways this friend and I go to this certain chat room, we've posted our pics. However lately, this friend, has been secretly telling others in the chat room that I'm bigger than she is, when infact I'm not. I weigh 160 and she weighs 249. She also claims that I'm not that small and tries to start arguements about this. I think this is petty and I ask her why does she care?! She claims that I am making her look bad. Yet she says things like "I don't need to impress anyone." If she doesn't then why spread lies about me? Tonight we had a bad arguement, she said horrible things to me and I did her. I doubt after all this that the friendship can be saved. I have put up with a lot from her over the years ,trying to look past the things shes done to me. I don't know why she is so into my weight--what should i do?

They keep saying ‘funny’ highly innapropriate things about something. I don’t find them funny and at the moment I just try to ignore them, but it’s not halping teh problem as they will not stop. Sometimes I laugh, but that would only be because I couldn’t help it. As these jokes are very innapropriate and should not be yelled around the school, if anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do to aliviate or remove the problem, it would be greatly appriciated. Just to clarify, these 'friends' I speak of are really my friends, so forget about saying that they aren't my friends if they hurt me so. Don’t hesitate in asking any further questions.

I am a 24 year old male i m in colege and find it awkward in social situations where there is a group of people hanging around informally(like college). I don't even have friends from college. In these situations i start feeling dazed, my mind stops woking and i feel that i don't have anything to talk abt. him on the phone then he says baby let me take this call you let him and then you call back and he does not answer? Then you get home in the morning and your shower has fresh water sprinkles but they claimed they left and you confront him and he says that noone was over there to take a shower, am I crazy? I took a shower the night I left for work so why when I get home around 9am! there is fresh shower sprinkles in the tub like someone was there taking a shower while I was at work. Does fresh shower water stay in the tub overnight or while I was at work someone was there taking a shower before I got home at 9am? Iam from INDIA.i feel that our country lacks real good people...wherever i go whatever i do, i dont find real good people to be with...all people like to just laugh, enjoy, give bad words and live mean life....what should i do? I have a group of friends that smoke weed ALOT and Ill admit it I used to smoke with them...but recently Ive taken a good look at myself and Im scared I will turn out to be like them...they are always in trouble and live in nasty houses with filth everywhere and all thier friends they associate with are always in trouble and do drugs nonstop. Like I said, I used to smoke weed with them but Ive stopped. I now have to make up excuses why I dont see them anymore. I love them alot but I dont want to do pot anymore and be a better person, but Im so scared of making them mad or them hating me. Do I stop hanging out with them...what should I do?

I live with two roommates (females). I have been living in this house for about 6 months, and since then – on and off – it has been nothing but accusations, rumors, and yes DRAMA. The two criticize and belittle things I do, even though I pitch in and help around the house. One roommate (we’ll call her ‘L’) got mad at me because I used one of the towels in the bathroom (we both share the bathroom) to dry my hands, stating it was unsanitary. Another incident, she got furious because I had about 3 or 4 strands of my hair on the floor. She was blowing it out of proportion, like I had heaps and heaps of my own hair piled on the floor. In addition, L accuses me of being lazy, and spread rumors to her friends when they visit. My other roommate ‘S’ – personally, in my opinion, suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder and is neurotic when it comes to cleaning. Of course, I clean the areas/rooms where I am active at (the den and bedroom)… then, S takes the vacuum and cleans the areas again! I don’t get it. To me, the vibe I get that my cleanliness is not up to her standard. Not only that, I have been exposed to S’s uncontrollable crying and temper (suffers from depression.. maybe is bipolar too?); also she keeps repeating and talking about the past of her abusive ex-boyfriend. Frankly, I don’t want to hear it - ANYMORE.

To make a long story short, the two get upset with me over the stupidest things. I have told them time and time again that I help and clean and I am not going to accept the unnecessary criticisms anymore. Yes, we have very different lifestyles; however, I am not going to change my actions just to please others. I have been contemplating on moving out and exiting this ‘’hostile” environment. Living with other people is not easy. I take this maybe as a ‘’learning experience’’.. on next time, CAREFULLY choosing a roommate, or better yet, living by myself.

My question is what other options can I do? Stating MY side to them is not helping.
