Both i.e. my friend & his bf wants me 2 interact with him,say..hi-hello & then may be further.Suggest me da good or best way 2 say"NO" so that neither she insist me again nor feels bad.Although we talked on this unnecessary issue many times but now i'm irritated & its affecting our f'ship:(

just be calm and tell her that u are sorry and u can't do this and well u don't want to do this. make her understand and not get angry if she is a good friend then she'll not force u.

just tell him/her/whoever that youre irritated with the topic and it puts you off...puts you in a bad mood and its affecting your friendship. peace
