Im having a movie night on my birthday. Snacks and movies. Im thinking of inviting around 6-8 girls and I do want to invite some boys. I know them but we´re not that close, I would really just wanna hang with them sometime. I talk to them but have never really spent time with them so... Guys: Would you come?

ok i liked this boy since 5th grade. im now in 10th. he knows i liek him because we went tos chool together 4 four years. my mom and my stepdad moved and i live across the street from him. so we take the bus in the morning together. even though we dsont go to school together i would like to know what should i do. i really like him and he has a girl frend and he dotn really comunicate with her. but me and him mess around alot. weve been messing around since 6th grade. does he like me?how should i tell him i want to be with him or that we should get serious without wrecking our frendship.

I been separated from my husband for like 4 months or so, he left me with our 2 other kids and pregnant, he didn't even call us or give us any money or even visit his kids, well just for christmas he bought some presents for all of us. I had to support my family, a house and a car, and of course not mentioning all the bills that u have when u own a house. Anyways I have this friend that a couple of weeks ago he just told me that he like me more than just friends, wich I told him that I wasn't ready for a relationship, he told me that he like me and wants to be with me, I haven't tell him that I acept him or not but we are still talking about it. The big deal here is that my ex-husband called me yesterday and said that he is sorry and now he wants to come back with me....I don't really want to go back with him after everything he had done to me, but he is still my kids father & he needs help...I am really confuse and I don't know what to do.... If this was your case, what would you do?

I am friends with family who I love however they came into my house while I was sleeping looking for an mp3 player that one of their kids lost and thought they left at my house. The problem is I have a video camera and I set it up because I thought someone was breaking in to my house but there was no forced entry, and I gave this family a key to my house. They didn't take anything they were just looking for their lost mp3 player. I brought it to their attention I told them I wasn't mad at them and I was planning on showing them the tape but I erased it by accident now I can't get the picture to come back and everyone thinks I am crazy because my friends told my family that something is wrong with me and now they are worried about me too. I am fine sublimely happy and I am very blessed. I bought the camera 3 weeks ago and I don't know how to use it obiviously. How do I explain this ? I didn't accuse them of anything? I told them to please call next time because I was sleeping! Help!!!

Had a pretty rubbish day today. Made me think about how other people actually see me. It's been the sort of day that I've been thinking about how many people would care if I wasn't there(just 'friends', my family obviously would).

See I get on with everyone, I don't think anyone dislikes me at school and I can talk to most people. But that only happens when I'm actually there - they don't have to make the effort to talk to me like they would on msn or on the phone. I have been on msn for 25 minutes now and only 1 person has actually started a conversation with me!

I'm sort of on the outskirts of the group that I hang around with, but would like to get to know others in other groups better. But my mind is rubbish - I'd be worrying what the others in my 'group' were thinking, and also I'd think the new people would think I'm impeding.

Is it worth making the effort now with only about 15 weeks of school left or should I wait until uni in September??

I'm 16 & all my friends have lost the virginity but I'm not interested in any of that sort of stuff.
I just want a guy who wants to be with me & not use my body.

My ex-best friend and i have been ex-friends since the beginning of September. She was the best friend i have ever had. and i miss her a lot. we've gotten into to fights and all, but this time it's for good. I can tell. and i miss her a lot. and i think i might be driving some of my other friends away because of my depression. I don't know if i should still feel sad about the whold thing.
And i kind of have another problem. I'm worried for my two friends who are still her friend, but i don't want to see them get hurt like i got hurt. She totally ditched them after our friendship ended. she got herself a whole new set of friends and totally ditched all her old friends. she doesn't hang out with them anymore and they're still her friends. I can't help but worry for them. Should i really feel this bad?

Confidence definitely plays a role in one's friendships. If your quiet then you have a hard time expressing yourself and your confidence. If "being yourself" is more quiet, then how do you gain and show your confidence so people will want to be around you more?

Well i'm a girl by the way. I like this guy yeah. We're both in the same year in school. But i've liked him for a while now. My friend says he likes me too but she has a tendancy to lie but recently i've caught him looking at me and smiling. I sit next to him in french class and my other friend said she saw him looking at me and smiling and when i looked up he turned away and went red. But now he's always talking to me. i have a friend, i dont know if i can really call him a friend because he (spread such lies about me that i lost all my close friends and i was isolated for almost a year. now my friends know the truth and they have all come and apologised to me and said they were sorry for hurting me and believeing the friend. for all his lies. we were drinking yesterday and we got to this topic where i cried my heart out for all the days we suffered and everything they had done to me. but this friend of mine didnot agree to some of the lies ( my friends are still inviting him to the parties at my insistance because i know how it feels to feel lonely cus i have been thru that myself) and i started hitting him and i hit him so bad that he is now a little hurt, nothing serious just scatches and wounds here and there. but i feel a little guilty now. the guy is my house mate and i dont know how to deal with the situation? i wish i didnt hit him but he hurt me so bad....

So, I have this friend, we have only been friends for about 4 months, but grew really close in that time, I confided in her that A friend that I have had for over 5 years and I were seriously talking about beginning a romantic relationship and asked her for advice on what I should do, I told her I was interested in the guy, was worried about our friendship, blah blah that kind of thing, Her advice was to go for it because he is a great guy, very handsome, has his life put together blah blah, about a week after I tell her this, she hooks up with him behind my back and then starts dating him. they both have apologized and would like to continue our friendship, but I feel they both have betrayed me, and thinking about them together makes me sick to my stomach. am I being immature, or am I justified in not forgiving them?

My boss is nasty and disgusting. Whenever one of his employees is late or calls off or doesn't something that he doesn't care for he puts a small amount of doo doo in with his pay check. Serveral employees have complained numerous times about this disgusting behavior but it falls on deaf ears. Management thinks that this is a good motivator to keep office morale up. This has never happened to me but several of my coworkers have opened up their pay checks only to be greated with a doo doo surprise. Is this right? Should my boss be allowed to put doo doo in our paychecks?? Help please!
