Plan a special night for them. Make a nice dinner for two, put on some music, light some candles, and they will take it from there. Also you could give them a card in it telling them how much you appreciate and love them dearly, (parents always eat this up, especially moms). Maybe you could do some chores to help around the house, maybe volunteering to babysit your siblings, if you have any. So many ideas, just get creative! Good luck!

It sounds like you have a lot of things coming up in Feb.
Well, your mother's b-day and Valentine's Day, as well as the anniversary isn't just about gifts and material things.

There are multiple alternatives you can use to let your mother know how important and special she is to you (Such as writing letters or simply giving her a hug.)
Although these things may sound mundane, they're the best ways to let someone else know that you care about them.

I've been in this situation before. If you really want to do something for your mother since you have no money, make her a card(they will know that you made that from your heart) As far as the anniversary, make them dinner, make them breakfast in bed. I have made my wife cards even when I have had money. She appreciates them and enjoys them more, than if I went to Hallmark or something and bought her a card. Good luck with everything.
