My boss is nasty and disgusting. Whenever one of his employees is late or calls off or doesn't something that he doesn't care for he puts a small amount of doo doo in with his pay check. Serveral employees have complained numerous times about this disgusting behavior but it falls on deaf ears. Management thinks that this is a good motivator to keep office morale up. This has never happened to me but several of my coworkers have opened up their pay checks only to be greated with a doo doo surprise. Is this right? Should my boss be allowed to put doo doo in our paychecks?? Help please!

This is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard of. No way in the world should this kind of behavior be tolerated. You should take that check down to the health department and report to them what has been going on down at your place of employment. I'm sure that they will be happy to explain to your boss that this kind of thing is unacceptable.

If your talking about real fecal matter, then no, there is no way that should be allowed. Its against the law to expose an employee to that kind of disgusting punishment no matter what they did. It is seriously a health hazard to be in contact with anonymous feces. I would say report the management to the better business bureau as well as the health dept. They should never be allowed to manage a business in such a manner. Good Luck

Heck no, that's disgusting too. If he is the owner of the business then yes maybe. Just keep the good work and don't get a paycheck with some doo doo! lol

That's a health violation. No. He should use coal or something like Santa...still gets the point across if not a bit juvenile, but putting doo doo in paychecks is juvenile

I am in agreement, that is disgusting! and he should NOT be allowed to do it but if management condones his actions what can you do? Does the management have superiors that you can take your concerns to, or are they the top of the line? What kind of work do you do? I have never heard of anything like this before. Bring it to the attention of the Labor Board in your state. Can't hurt. I doubt there is any law against that because who would have ever thought a law would need to be enacted to protect someone from something that offensive, but one never knows. In my state it is illegal to drive on the interstate in a bra. So strange laws are out there! If the labor board can't help, if you have customers or clients or stockholders, anonymously send them a letter letting them know management's attitudes toward this bosses actions and see what happens. DO IT ANONYMOUSLY.

Well, like the first Answer-er said, call the Health Dept.

We know that "doo doo" can contain a lot of diseases, specially and notoriously E. Coli bacteria.

If you work at a restaurant as a waiter, let's say, and you see crap in your paycheck, your boss is not doing a good job of keeping the restaurant safe and E. Coli-free.

It is highly recommended that you see the Health Dept. about this.

You can always leave him a "present" too, and then quit your job. ;)

SMILE! :)

He is very disgusting and annoying, I think you should try your best to find another job. Remember that you are priceless, and the last thing you could want is for anyone to treat you as if you are an animal. You are a human being and you are priceless. Remember that always. Your boss should remember that the world continues to rotate and what goes around comes around. How would he feel if someone where to do the same to any of his kids. Hang in there better will come.

That is totally gross. It has to break healthcode or something. Hasn't your boss ever heard of writing someone up? I can think of a lot of other (better) ways of letting an employee know I am unhappy with their work or attitude. It's hard to believe that upper management allows this. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

wow. its totally uncalled for and unsanitary. and im not sure it isnt illegal. i would talk to the workers rights people and the labor union. if management isnt listening, go above there head. he has a disgusting sence of humor andi know its wrong tosay this, but i would do the doo right back. like leaving a baggie of it in his deck, after all he apparently is a doo dooy boss.
lol just kidding

yeah call the police you should be able to press charges. Also contact a lawyer, you should be able to sue your company for harrasment.

I think this was in the news a while back. its wasnt a boss but a guy was fined by the court, so the guy put doodoo on the money he was paying and he went to jail.

and if all else fails ask for direct deposit.
