how come so many young woman feel the need to starve themselves to be skinny im a reasonable 16 and happy with my body so is my man lol i feel sorry for these girls and wish they cud understand that being skinny isnt what lifes all about but when they keep getting bombarded with celeb diet plans and dvds what do we expect dont people realise that many young woman are killing themselves so not to be fat because they think thats what people expect of them and why dont we see slightly larger woman modelling who made a law saying that big girls cant model im so annoyed at the fact that people think fatter woman aint so hot i say the larger lady is much better than a skinned rabbit



do you think woman should be stick thin and unhappy or pudgy and bubbly

My school has arranged a trip to Paris but my best friend can't afford to go so she won't go.But the problem is that i don't want to go without her because i don't like the other kids even though she will tell some other kids to be with me.They will say ok but when she's not in front of them they will not pay attention to me!What should i do?I have a twin sister but i don't want to be with her.Should i risk being with the other people or stay home?I really want to go but not without my best friend!Any advise?

but i havent told her, and im sure he likes me cos we have been texting nonstop since christmas, but he has moved two hours away, any who recently i was out with another friend and ( friends cousin) and my other friend was talkin to her and said to her i think they're is something going on between them, and the friend turned around and said "dont say that about my cousin any way they are only messin" Question is should i sit my friend down and tell her i like her cousin, before tellin him i like him or should i tell him i like him first then her, im half afraid that my friend will get angry and not talk to me, now ur prob thinkin oh no another teenager problem, im not a teenager!!!! and i know its annoyinh seeing these kind of questions its just im not comfortable talkin to any other friends incase it gets back to my other friend and wouldnt like for her to hear it that way!! ya know

i have had a friend for about 6 or 7 years, and whille she is fun to be with, it can be one sided when issues come up. i have tried to talk to her to clarify things, just like in any friendship where things are said and misinterpreted. the last few times she has said "i dont have time for this ... I have a husband and a child" and that really made me think. we ALL have busy lives, single or married so what kind of comment is that?
the other day i got this long winded message on my machine that she has to talk to me about something, and yet she says "not that I really care what you think"
Personally i care about what my friends think, so that was a red flag.Why bring it up if you dont care???
I saw her at work yesterday and said what was that phone call about? "Oh its nothing serious, I'll call you tonight" she says. No phone call.
I feel a bit confused and moreso manipulated at this point.
If you have a problem, say it. Don't make it into a big production. Am I on track here?

i mean i don't know from where to start, i use to be more happy i use to be another person that i am today ... my problems are alot i will say 2 of them by writing ... i am a gay i mean not gay by looking but as feeling when i'm with myself i like it i mean it feels sexy (like an artist) but when i am in a social life i hate it when i'm with friends i go so stress (nobody knows) just i like to be normal like them ... in another way i left school i am in a new type of life i mean i am working in a network place that it's for my brother and his partner but i am so unhappy from inside this is not my place ... i can do better really i know myself i am so artistic and i love to dance i'm another no one can understands me But i know i will sound stupid i love my family and sometimes this life.........

i like this girl for about a year or so, we became good friends, we talk about school, whats going on, maybe a little flirting, just the basic stuff. but when ever i drop hints that i like her more than a friend, the next couple days she ignores me like i was a someone else. which kills me inside making wonder if friends is all we'll ever be. and after a few days pass she'll act as it never happened. does she want to be just friends? is she telling me where i am in our relationship? sometimes actions are louder then words.

One of my closest friends and I are both going through a really hard time at the moment. I had a death in the family about two weeks ago and they have been pretty unsupportive. At the same time, a person close to them is extremely sick and not expected to live for many more months. My family member's funeral was last week and they didn't ask about it when I saw them next so I felt pretty neglected but at the same time I understand they have their own problems and am trying not to be unfair. Any opinions or advice? thanks!

till date 12 boys at my school like me n a few out of them have proposed me too but i dun wnna be in a relationship at this age.i am only 13.some of them r really in love wid me.....dat i know but some r jus' attracted towards my face n features.a few boys hav even made a bet wid their frds that they'll impress me n whatever.i wnna make my reputation in school as a cool but single girl.i think all this is affecting my studies n im very much disturbed.tell me plzzz wht shud i do???but i can't dress up shabbily to avoid them.i really dun know what to do........plzz if u can then answer my question afterall this is affecting my future.

I went to Acadmey of the Arts of San francisco one of the best fashion schools and graduated with a Fashion Design/visual m degree.

and i have a friend who didnt go to that school, she is majoring in computer science and not even done with school yet.. she is kind of Ditsy too

But everytime i hang out with her everyone compliments her of HER style!! and how SHE should be a fashion designer..and how unique she is..she makes her own clothes and cutts her own hair..break dances and skateboards blah blah everyone thinks she is sOOo cool..
and all the stuff she wears she makes and buys it from thrift stores..

BUT still NO one ever compliments me!! which gets me so angry because i am the one who busted my *** in fashion school..and i always wear the latest Fashion..and spend so much money on Designer stuff..but no one ever says anything to me. I felt like i went to school for nothing

I always get turned down when offering to make dates/ plans with close friends/ family, even if I give a week's notice. Everyone is busy or can't reply. However, come "holiday" time, I'm always expected and appreciated even though I feel a resentment from my "everyday" invitations. I don't want to be the "jerk" but I feel like I
m only good enough when the calendar calls. Advice/ or even more tell me WHY!!!
