All I can say is I know a lot of very happy size 16 women, and a lot of miserable size 10-12 women ! What does that tell us? Be 16 and happy I say !
Nobody can tell us how to feel ! There is something seriously wrong with today's society when a 6 ft man weighing a healthy 11 stone is classed as obese by the so-called experts and health professionals ! Ridiculous !
I remember a time when an " obese" person was someone who was unable to get out of bed, not a fit and active person !
I'm a size 10, but that's not down to dieting, it's just the way I am ! If I was bigger, I certainly wouldn't have a problem with it .

I think that women should be happy with themselves the way they are~ thin or pudgy! I am a very nice looking size 16 with a bubble butt that gets all the mens attention! Not all guys like a stick thin woman. When I met my fiance I was a size 5, and he seems more attracted to me now that I've put some meat on my bones and look healthy! Skinny women look like they're starving to death!! Men might be attracted to you physically in the beginning but it's what's on the inside that really makes them fall in love with you.

The average size for british women is a size 16. A recent survey done on men aged 21 to 40 found that most men would rather have a woman with natural curves then a woman who is skinny. But what it all comes down to is being secure in yourself and your own body.
If you are confident and happy with your size then most people see this and tend to be attracted to you whether in a sexual or non sexual way.
Confidence = sexy.
No woman should be made to feel bad by the media or society for how they look.

I wouldnt want to be a size six at all, it is not healthy for you and you just look to bloody skinny & ill. i am a size 10 but want to put weight on, i always pig out but dont seem to gain any. i have been a size 10 for as long as i can remember. I think woman should all be size 12 to 16 that is not fat, i think it makes you more of a woman and like you said pudgy & bubbly.
Have you any suggestions how i can gain more weight?

There's nothing wrong with not being a size 6. As long as you're happy with who you are that is the main thing-the problem these days lies with the media-the skinny celebs are seen as 'normal' and are poked fun at when they have a bit of a belly etc etc. I wanna see a wider variety of shapes and sizes to act as our role-models!

29inches isn't too undesirable! it will be due on your scoliosis. Do u have physiotherapy for it, because your physiotherapist may be able to grant you some routines to do in case you refer to her about it. also, i recognize you dont go with people retaining that it is because you're dealing with puberty, yet even as i became 15 my waist became plenty larger than it is now (i'm 21 now) with none significant weight help plan/exercising differences. It used to computer virus me too, also because I have a mild arch in my lower back so each and every from time to time i seem as if a have somewhat a abdomen. weight help plan sensible, lay off dairy and stodgy nutrition (e.g. white bread), they continually bypass instantly to ur center. although, in case you provide up dairy it is perfect to take calcium supplementations.

Society is forever pushing how "fashionable" it is to be freakin anorexic. It sends out a bad message to all women, especially young women who are growing up thinking this is the norm. It's way better to be happy and healthy then unhappy and miserable.
