cop's job is risky...but which job isn't?

being a cop?
yes, of course it's a very great job.
but you should always think about the consequences lying at your hands...
police men are those who help their country men in times of need... i really believe on their capabilities...
in our country, other cops doesn't have good reputation because of the bad things they had done. but in spite of that being a cop is a privilege to every individual, i like to see those men in uniform
once, i also wish to become a cop or greater than that, and i end up, taking medical course!!! the most important thing is "greater power comes big responsibility "- revive quote from superman

I was a cop for 8 yrs .....it is a great job and can be very rewarding !! The down side is that it's a negative job .....everyday you come home with sad stories and memories that can last a lifetime !! Seeing families ripped apart , alot of drug and alcohol abuse, children that never make it home etc..... It got too dangerous so i changed my career !! I'm much happier now and so are my students!!

I would have to say no, a cop looks great in his uniform, but it is too dangerous, I don't think it would be worth the risk...I suppose someone has to do it, but I wouldn't be one or want anyone in my family to one.

Well you should be aware of the risks.
Your risking your life.
However you'd be a hero and I guess thats why most Police officers are what they are.
Its not bad but it aint safe either

If you enjoy the adrenaline rush, don't really want to live long, and are action-oriented, then it is the best idea!
