VONAGE!!!! They offered a 30 day "FREE" trial service and charged my card $47.00 and when I cancelled the service because it wasn't working properly with my equipment after 5 days of trying, they charged my card AGAIN with $42.00 and didn't tell me about it first!! THE CROOKS!!! That was illegal of course because the charge was made without my knowledge or consent and it caused a series of other problems!!

ectaco electronic eng/spanish language translator. Over priced and false info was given. It does not translate correctly or do the things it said it would.
