I don;t think they mean it as a compliment------maybe you tell them more than they desire to hear------ps--everything you read is not nessasarally true---have a nice day.

Talking with others is one thing... spouting "data" is another. That worked worked for Mr. Spock on STAR TREK but in real life you may want to tone it down a notch.
I work with statistics, data... lots and lots of info... but working it is not my place to work all into conversation. Truthfully, I love being a person "in the know"... but I actually learn most of what I know from the people I socialize with most.
You sound like a wonderful person... thirsting for knowledge and an itellect able to absorb it... but please understand that the balance to "knowledge" is "wisdom and common sense".

Its positive in a way cause u seems to know everything and they call u miss know it all but then it can be negative cause U always seems to be the first one to answer before someone else and they might want to answer but u already said it.

Girl, don't see it as a bad thing unless you flaunt, your aparently heightened IQ level, in front of them. If you show off your information, i.e. you raise your hand first or interrupt people who are only slightly wrong, it's a bad thing and just try to give someone else a chance to answer first. If no one else knows then go for it show em' what you got.

Wow... I used to be in exactly the same situation when I was your age... well prodigious young teens are always singled out by friends. If they treat you well overall, they probably mean it in a nice way. At any rate, be proud of who you are.
