Friends - January 2007

My really good friend is really rich so its natural for her to brag about her privileges. She got tickets to a concert that I really really wanted to go to but she said she only had tickets for her good friends,I ddin't understand why she had suddenly became so mean. 2 days later my dad found free tickets for the VIP Suite to the concert! i bragged about it to my friend and invited really popular people to come with me. Not only did I get to say hi to some of the stars but we were treated like royalty. The next day my friend didn't talk to me at all, she was so mean and talked behind my back. She finally had her friend call me and tell me I was a liar and not a good friend. She won't talk to me now and I feel like she's spreading lies about me all over school. What should I do?

my girlfriend decided to cancel on me on new years to go out with some friends. so i spent new years with some of my mates. my best friend got drunk and i spent 12pm outside in the cold talking to his girlfriend. i really like her and i feel like i can talk to her. my girlfriend has stopped talking to me and wudnt even reply to the happy new year message. i cant stop thinking about my best friends girlfriend. i dont wanna hurt my best friend but i think i should tell someone how i feel. what should i do?

I am looking for my friend Robert (Bobby or Bob) Andrew Brooks, he grew up in the San Fernando Valley in CA. We grew up together, he and my brother had a falling out and because of that I lost contact with him... whatever the problem with him and my brother is between them and I would love to talk to him again... does anyone know this person? For the best part of 2006 I have been somewhat obsessed with my best friend and trying to be on better terms with him.

We haven't had a major fall out or disagreement. In fact we have spent so many good times together. He is so important to me and I care for him more than anything.

But every day all I can think about is where our friendship is going. In the morning when I get up, when I'm at work, when I come home, when I go to sleep - all the time. If I call him and he doesn't answer I think, where he is? Why isn't he answering to me?

I'm jealous as well. I want him all to myself all the time because I feel that's when we get on better. I don't think he realises just how important he is to me.

If we argue when we're drunk (happens a lot) then it depresses me the next day or week. If I talk to him about it he says "you worry too much and think about things too much". He's right, but how do I stop this. If I can, we can get on.

your best friend is a crazy controlling freak?! My best friend is driving me crazy! She's constantly calling me asking me what I'm doing, when my phone rings she asks me who is it, she wants to know every detail that happens between me and my boyfriend, she's jealous of all my other friends, she made a list of people she's scared they'd be more friends with me than her, she cries when I do sth wrong unintentionally, she always asks me if i'd ever leave her!!! she was sooo upset she even cried whenI didnt go out with her on MY birthday *i had to work*.
Sometimes she scares me!! I doubt her behavior is anywhere close to normal. My boyfriend is starting to get annoyed of how much she calls when we're together. I'm so very much annoyed by her but I also think she's a very good kind caring friend. I dont wanna lose her as a friend but I'd love if she'd back off a little!!
I tried telling her and she was so upset she kept crying and I didnt know what to do! btw we're both 19 year old gals.

and cussed her out?? This happened to my mom a few months back. My dad responed in this manner. He called a buddy of his who is a detective in Houston to run the plate number my mom gave him. My mom said it was a big red dodge. Tag number came back 2001 Dodge 1500 4x4 red in color. Bada Bing. Right on the button. Got the guys address. My dad then went over to a corner close to the house and the guy was moving out of what looked to be either a trailer or manufactured home. A trailer with all kinds of furniture was hooked up to the truck. The guy came out and my dad said is that they guy? My mom confirmed it. My dad took her home. Got some of our pool acid about 10 gallons worth, 5 gallons of gasoline, a knife, a ski mask, and covered his licence plates with electrical tape. Right when my dad pulled up it was around 7 p.m. just starting to get dark. He saw the guy and a girl get into a little honda and head off towards Crosby. So, my dad went and first he busted out..>

I have used my method twice. I will describe one of those occasions in detail. Then you can give me your input on other ways. My fiance told me that our next door neighbor drove by the house while she was outside and stopped and honked and said "hey baby how about you come over and we BLANK." She told me and when I went out while he was in the street getting his mail and confronted him. He of course denied it so I started talking about his mother, his whole family trying to get him steamed up enough to take the first swing. He finally did. I dodged it and uppercutted him in the ribs. He hunched over and gave him a hard right cross to the face. He went down then I took about 6 or 7 steps back and ran and kicked him square in the face. He was begging me to stop so I stopped hitting him and instead I rammed his face into the pole for his mailbox. I told him if he even looked at my house again he would be dead. Cops showed up. Hey he swung first. SELF DEFENSE. He went to jail
